Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation on Lake Conroe in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom /2 bath 2300sft double wide mobile home, with large porch overlooking the water. The main/master bedroom has a king size bed, while the 3 remaining rooms are furnished with 2 queen sized beds and 1 bunk bed for sleeping 10 people.  Also has full size washer and dryer for your daily use. The spacious living room is furnished with 46" TV with dish satellite and WiFi .  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with large home made table .  Situated in a cove on Lake Conroe , guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or fishing off the large deck in the rear of the house, as the house faces west it is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from the rear deck.  An early check-in/check out
may be available for an additional $25 for first hour, then $20 for each additional hour, If interested pls text or email thru website for us to check housekeeping schedule. No more than 5 cars/vehicles at anytime. No more than 12 people. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet fee. Propane grill on the deck for your use.

Amazing Vacation

We went to Texas for my daughters wedding. The house was very spacious and had all the comforts of home. The owner was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. The location was perfect and within minutes from everything. It was a great little get away.

Beautiful home on Lake Conroe

The view, from the covered porch, of the lake was what made our stay perfect. Our family spent 2 nights here and it could not have been better. This home is lovely, clean and the pool table and games added that something extra. Morning coffee on the porch overlooking the water was so beautiful. Check in was a breeze and owners responded quickly when i had a question. Will definitely stay here again

Yearly Memorial trip for Mom

My family find a place to go w every year to celebrate my mom’s life. Her birthday was June 29th and we lost her July 5th, 2018. It’s a great tradition that I want to keep doing every year.

Beautiful Relaxing Oasis

We loved the location of the house on the lake, and the house is very nice! The end deck is the perfect place to sit and have morning coffee, and to watch the sunset also. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back. The host were A+, always available for any questions we had!

Nice getaway!

The home is very roomy. It came equipped with everything you need. Really quiet cove. Our only real problem was on the day we were leaving. My husband had packed up the truck, we had all gone inside to chat before heading out, and someone came by and stole 9 fishing poles and a fishing net out of the truck bed. Just want to give other renters a heads up to keep an eye on your belongings! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location in a Quiet Cove off the Lake!

The communication with the owners is top notch. I really appreciate being able to talk with them prior to our arrival and during our stay. They were very quick to answer all questions. My husband and I had a house full of teenagers. The home comfortably accommodated us all plus our dog. There are cards and games that we enjoyed after a long day out on the water. The location is perfect for boating. We pulled the kids on the tube and floated in the cove area just off the big deck out back. The sunset was beautiful! It is an older home but was clean and pretty well kept. The only thing we missed was not having a BBQ pit, but we made it work with the stove and oven. We would stay here again.

family get away

We had a great family gathering at the lake house. The kids loved the pool table and fishing. It was clean and nicer than I expected for a mobile home. We were in a record heat wave in August, so it took a long time for the AC to cool down but the host was very communicative and apologized for not getting a neighbor to turn it down. Also, we tried swimming, but again record heat wave and the water was just as hot as the 103 degrees air... but that's just Texas( I'm not from here). I could have used more deck chairs and they took the suggestion to get them next time. Overall clean and comfy! We would come back (maybe in the winter next time.) Oh and looking at ducks and watching the sunset on the deck was a highlight! Beautiful view! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook too.

Leaves much to be desired

Pros: right on the water with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, has boat dock, sleeps a large family or group, pool table (although it leans to one side), ample parking Cons: 1.) NO DISHWASHER. Unless you fully trust how well the people before you hand washed the dishes and silverware- prepare to hand wash all dishes prior to use. Also, prepare to hand wash all dishes used during your stay (and put away). 2.) The house needs serious attention to the number of spiders, webs and nests on the back patio. 3.) it claims to be pet friendly but has no fenced in area for the dog to use the bathroom. Also, it appears all of the neighbors allow their dogs to roam freely, creating a very difficult situation to walk dogs or allow them to potty. 4.) Master bathroom door doesn’t close 5) the door handle to to the bedroom with the bunk does not operate properly-leaving my 5 year old screaming one night needing to use the bathroom thinking he was locked in the room. 6) No Wi-Fi 7) only one TV 8) while it was unlocked during our stay- just as a heads up- the thermostat has a lock box around it and is set at 74 degrees. You have to text the owners to get permission to unlock the box to change the thermostat. 9) Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable

Catfish bite was on

Had a great time catching catfish off the back deck. Returned them all safe and sound back to the lake as I plan to return and do it again. Nice place and fun time with my family.

Beautiful View!

Beautiful view, sunsets and home. The decor was brilliant and amazing. I really enjoyed my stay for my birthday it was the best! I hope to cone back soon!

David and I purchased this property for our family weekend lake house. We've enjoyed it many times over the years with family and friends alike. We don't get to go down as often as we'd like as our primary home is in Pearland, Texas. We've decided to share it with other family's to allow them to make wonderful memories as well. We have enjoyed great neighbors along with beautiful sunsets. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

It's a very nice 4 bedroom double wide trailer on the water. I've decorated each room in a different theme, but I've mainly stuck with the western more country warm decor.
