Outside there is an enclosed rear garden, courtyard and balcony, all with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars and additional roadside parking is available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 1.3 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking.
