Casa privata fronte mare molto privata con la spiaggia nel nostro cortile! Super pulito, con materassi di alta qualità in tutta la casa. La nostra casa è davvero unica perché ha tre appartamenti in una casa!

Offriamo una meravigliosa opportunità di vivere la Florida prima del grande boom dello sviluppo. Niente ascensori affollati, niente parcheggi grandi e edifici di cemento enormi e senza fascino! Alloggiare nel nostro ampio cottage sulla spiaggia mette voi, i vostri familiari e amici in contatto con l'ambiente naturale della spiaggia come doveva essere vissuto. Ci sono migliaia di condomini tra cui scegliere, ma rimangono solo poche case sulla spiaggia originali.

È il luogo perfetto per un gruppo numeroso, riunioni di famiglia o piccoli eventi come un matrimonio in spiaggia o un'occasione speciale. Costruito negli anni '60, la nostra casa sulla spiaggia ha tutti i comfort moderni a cui siete abituati, pur conservando il fascino di un'originale casa sulla spiaggia della Florida con eleganti decorazioni in stile cottage sulla spiaggia. Questa è una proprietà di fronte alla spiaggia, con ogni unità che si affaccia sul golfo e sulla nostra spiaggia privata. Ogni unità ha il proprio balcone privato ideale per guardare il tramonto e mangiare all'aperto.

La nostra casa dispone di due unità al piano superiore molto spaziose che includono due camere da letto e un'unità molto confortevole al piano inferiore che ha una camera da letto. Tutte le unità sono abbastanza grandi da ospitare fino a 6 persone. Tutte e tre le unità hanno cucine complete e aree soggiorno, e soprattutto, viste mozzafiato sull'oceano! Abbiamo una lavanderia in loco con una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice Maytag ad alta capacità. Il nostro posto è adatto alle famiglie e con permesso, dog friendly pure. Ideale per uno a 18 ospiti.

Situato tra la spiaggia di Clearwater e St. Petersburg Beach, Indian Rocks Beach è proprio nel cuore della zona di Tampa Bay. Siamo vicini all'Area Attrazioni, Shopping, Pesca, Vela, Canottaggio, Parchi Naturali, Giardini Botanici Tropicali, Busch Gardens, Ristoranti, Musei, Acquari marini, Avvistamenti di Manatee, Birdwatching, Alligator Feedings, Nidi di tartarughe marine, Tampa Bay Devil Rays e Buccaneers. Siamo 90 minuti da Walt Disney World, Universal Studios e Sea World.

Best family reunion getaway

This place checked all the boxes on our top priorities. Handicap accessible, on beach (with chairs, umbrellas, toys, paddleboards, boogie boards, surfboards, beach towels), pool, balconies, under house shaded parking, well stocked kitchens, comfy beds. AND it’s beautiful!

Great stay

Our extended family of 23 loved staying there. The pool was great and the beach was only 15 feet away. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a large gathering.

Fantastic Property

We rented the entire building for our family, and the property was everything the online listing said it was and more. There was all kinds of beach toys, the pool was warm and clean. Property maintenance was there every day to clean and freshen the pool. The kitchens were stocked with everything we needed and more........ All in all, a very positive experience!

The condo was perfect for each family. The only complaint each family had, the afternoon sun coming in the window….needed blinds . We will book again.

New years week

Our family has been traveling for the holidays for many years and these condos are fabulous! We stayed in all 6 and could not have been happier. Patrice has thought of everything, truly, and is easily available for any question. Maria is terrific and attends to anything that may arise. The condos, the location, the beach, the pool were all excellent!! We look forward to returning!

How to please family from ages 1-70

Never have we stayed in a vacation home that truly had everything and more. So tastefully done! The paddleboards and kayaks made the tweens happy and the floats and sand toys were perfect for the younger ones. Host Patrice and property manager Maria were both wonderful. I doubt we’ll ever surpass this!

Everything it advertises and more

What a fabulous place to take vacation. Rented the entire beach house for our 'family vacation.' Was perfect and provided the privacy we needed and yet had us all at one place. Was everything it advertised and more; down to the sun sales to keep the afternoon sun off the decks. The owners were marvelous to work with, even touching base midweek to see if we had any concerns or needs. Am definitely saving this location for future consideration. Thank you Jan and Tommy for a great vacation.

Everything you could want

This place was amazing. We rented 3 of the units and they were great. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. They had every beach item you could think of for the kids and adults. It seemed like every time someone said "oh you know what we need?" They already had it, to beverage coolers to beach bags to loungers for the pool and beach. We had a amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time focusing on family and relaxation! Thank you!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Tommy's on the Beach. Our family rented the entire building of condos. We loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. The kayaks and paddle boards were great to use every morning when the ocean was calm. The condos were well stocked with everyday necessities including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We really appreciated how the owner paid so much attention to detail to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. It was also nice that the doors open up on each floor between condos. We can't wait to return next year!!!

Amazing trip!

We rented the entire building for a graduation party and family reunion; we ouldn’t have asked for anything more! Everything was exactly as advertised. Everyone remarked how perfect a place it was for our gathering. Everyone had their own space but also plenty of space to gather and celebrate indoors and out. Adjoining doors between units are a great touch. Everybody is already asking when we are going back. Patrice and staff are the best and immediately responsive to any needs or requests.

Better Than a Five Star Hotel

This place was so perfect for our family reunion: 15 adults and 8 kids. The set up with 6 units was perfect because grandparents had the top floor units and each of the 4 families with children had their own unit. The owner and the property manager were great and responsive. The property had numerous amenities; more than I anticipated and more than at other beach rentals. The property is ideal for kids (ranging from 11 months to 5 years) and adults. Pool was fenced in and great for the kids because it wasn’t too deep. Location was outstanding: steps from the beach and close to restaurants. By the end of the week, it was unanimous that everyone wanted to return.

Beachfront Beauty

Our family rented all 6 units for the week of Thanksgiving 2023. What a beautiful property! The two bedroom units are modern, well furnished, and just steps from the beach! We were especially impressed with how well the units were supplied. There is plenty of parking, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach is private, and the elevator is such a plus with three floors. There were plenty of water toys for the ocean, and a heated pool for the kids to jump in every day! At the end of the day we loved setting out on the large balconies looking at the sunset and listening to the waves hit the beach. In addition, we were well attended to by Maria, the day-to-day property manager. Overall we all loved our stay! Can't recommend it enough - its a 10!

Family of 20 vacay

From the moment we walked in to our units, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. As a family of 20, we rented the entire building. We have 10 grandchildren ages 2-11. This is a turn key property. There were pool toys, rafts, skim boards, kayaks and paddle boards for the kids and parents to enjoy. The pool is heated which the kids loved! The sunsets were incredible. Each unit was fully equipped for the individual families. We rent homes on the beach each year and the kids want to go back here next year. The french bakery right in front of the home does not disappoint! The owner did everything perfectly!!

This yard, on the beach is the GEM of this location!!!

I loved the feel of this property. The house has a unique architecture to it and the 3 condos were nice to accommodate 3 separate families. The House could use a bit of TLC as well as the included amenities (fishing poles, sand toys, paddles, games, etc. ). Some of these items were broken or missing. It would be nice if they would periodically replenish these items. It was so nice having the paddle board and kayak on hand. we thoroughly enjoyed playing with those. The futons are very nice, as far as futons are concerned. The highlight of this property is definitely the yard!!! we brought hammocks and hung them in the trees, grilled and ate outside, enjoyed a fire pit most nights and the kids had so much room to run around and play. Most beach houses I have stayed at do not have a yard so this was really nice. We did have issues finding firewood. I would pay extra for a stocked firewood supply. I would definitely recommend this place. Great for families and young children. Also, there are restaurants/bar directly behind the house for people who fly in and don't have a rental car.

Comfortable Beach House with an amazing view

Perfect!!

I have stayed in a lot of these rentals this is by far the best one ! And I even had my wedding here.. it is stocked to the tee they don't ask very much of you as far as check out responsibility. The owner and the manger are kind and very accomadating .. We will be back this home is beautiful nd perfect as far as rentals go.. We also rented the whole entire property so we experienced every unit.. old florida key west feel .. it's amazing and we havent even checked out yet.. Thank you Patrice and Rita this was wonderful. Love the newlyweds

ENTERTAINMENT: Numerous restaurants, Great shopping, Dinner Cruises, Pirate Ship Cruises, Sipping Pina Coladas at a Tiki Bar, Nightly Entertainment at Pier 60, numerous family/adult/child activities.
