This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.

Apartment, good. Car park, horrifying.

Our first impression was sheer horror. There were workmen at the entrance to the car park, who finally left during a short thunderstorm. So we made our descent. You cannot see anything as you mount the pavement, apart from the white wall above. As you drop down to the 45 degree slope, you pray that nobody will come the other way. The bright white of the walls makes navigating a challange as depth perception is poor. We thought we were going to lose the sump under the car as we teetered over the precipice. With foot on brake we slowly crept down into the abyss. Then you have a choice of continuing straight down to the lowest level round two sharp bends or making a right turn following a sharp left turn. If you've made it this far, I recommend the lowest level as its a bit bigger. You will need your full headlights on to avoid hitting any of the concrete, support columns. Although some lights are on the ceilings, the switches on the wall were not working. We had to use our phone light so see anyrhing. Otherwise, its like the black hole of calcutter. If you are of a nervous disposition, this carpark is not for you. Leaving it is just as hair raising. We, at least, had the good fortune of using it during daylight hours. I hope this prior warning helps you. I just wish someone had warned us. The apartment was nice enough. No welcome pack of coffee assortments as shown in the photographs. No explanations for working the oven or hob. Washing machine was Greek with no instruction.
