* 2 reserved parking spots at door. Additional parking available in Cul-de-Sac next to Resort.
* Heated Resort pool with grills, picnic tables & play area.
* Blink" security camera located outside front door.

*Fully furnished town-home has:
Large master downstairs with King bed and a full hallway bathroom,
Second large bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a connected full bathroom,
Third large bedroom upstairs with two queen beds and a connected full bathroom. Queen sized Murphy bed is located in the living area .

* Comfortable living area and full kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Cable access, wi-fi, and TV's in living room and all bedrooms.

* All bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. Provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, two soaps per bathroom, roll of paper towels, napkins, dish soap, dish sponge, dish towel, 4 pods for the washer and 4 pods for the dish washer and garbage can liners..

* National Seashore, Corpus Christi, Rockport, Port Aransas are a short drive away. Boating, fishing, eateries, museums, shopping, concert halls, award winning Aquarium, AA baseball, sightseeing, horseback riding on the beach!

Family Fun
This property was everything we needed for a family getaway. We were able to spread out as each part of our family had its own bedroom and bath. The living room and kitchen were large enough to accommodate all of us for meals and games. Our host, Mattye, was easy to communicate with and the unit was just as described. The resort itself is perfect for families and just a short drive to the beach. I'm sure we will be back.

All Around Good Stay
The townhouse has a good location - just a short drive from multiple beaches. The house is an end unit so we could park our 3rd vehicle by the house on the street. The layout of the house was just about ideal for our group of 10. The two upstairs bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom had a bathroom right next to it. Having a pool in the complex was nice but it was crowded at times. The house had cable tv with a full lineup of channels to occupy the kids during downtimes. The fast Wi-Fi came in handy since I had some work I needed to do. The beach parking permit was a nice bonus, especially since it's good for all of 2023. Also, Mattye always responded quickly to our questions and promptly adjusted our reservation when we had an unexpected schedule change. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Great spot for family get away
Great owner communication, location, amenities and overall property. We found all that we needed and then some. No one on the trip complained about the accommodations, which is not always the case with this group. We enjoyed our time in this rental and would come back. Thanks

The hosts were amazing, very sweet! The outdoor area was perfect for kids! Our two year old really enjoyed the kiddie pool/splash area. The place held all of us nicely but storage was very minimal. No pantry ect. but doable.

We loved our stay. Location was close to food, beach and shops. House was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool area. It was a close walk from the back door. The kiddie area was nice and lots of spots to sit with shade. Overall great place!

Nice and spacious
We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and we all had enough space, unit was clean. The kids enjoyed the resort pool. There was delicious restaurants nearby.

Great Time!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach is about 5 minutes away and easy to get to. The owners, Mattye and Larry are very responsive to inquires. I would definitely stay here again!
