About this property
Pass the Keys | Modern Ground Floor Apartment
Convenience is key in this stylish apartment in a great location, on the doorstep are charming cafes and restaurants offering local delicacies and boutique shops. Visitors will delight in the proximity to the awe-inspiring Ironbridge Gorge and as a base to explore the many experiences Shropshire has to offer. For professionals, there is effortless access to the nearby business parks and major employers, only a short walk to Shifnal train station or 5 minute drive to the M54 with great links
The space
I would like to welcome you to my ground floor apartment, it has 2 entrances, the main entrance is from the free parking area at the rear of the building and accesses through the main door into a Foye. This door has two steps up to the front door, but there is a seperate entrance from the Street which is level so great for anyone with mobility issues. Once inside, the flat is on one level and sleeps up to 4 with a double sofa bed in the lounge
From the hallway there is a light and spacious Bedroom with a comfortable double bed with hotel quality duvet, pillows and linens for a great night's sleep and includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps as well as a smart TV on the wall where you can log into your apps and settle in to watch your favourite movie.
There is also a desk and chair to work from or to use as a dressing table with mirror to get ready for your evening out
Along the hall is the bathroom, with a bath, over bath shower, WC and wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath with freshly laundered fluffy white towels and complimentary hotel style toiletries
Carry on through to the light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a fitted kitchen including electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, great for socialising while you cook in the fully equipped kitchen,
Or relax on the sofa or occasional chair in front of The Roku Smart TV where you can sign into your accounts such as Netflix and Prime etc
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire apartment, there is a large free private car park for guests and residents only just outside the main entrance
Other things to note
Access to my property from the car park is through a shared entrance, once inside there are two steps up to the door of the property. However there is a separate entrance on the opposite side which is a level access
A Travel cot is available but must be requested on booking and there is an extra charge of £20
‘DURING YOUR STAY
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
