Situated just seconds from Shoreditch high street station and next door to the Redchurch Street town house, famous for its independent fashion houses & boutiques.
Located in a 120-year-old former exotic animal warehouse, this loft was completed in May 2019 after an extensive 18 months extension and refurbishment, furnished with high end modern hand selected peaces with some vintage originals.
The space
This 1 bedroom loft, with a large rear roof garden is over 75 sq metres and is situated on the 3rd floor of the building. Coming with exposed brick walls, the original warehouse winch, large Victorian windows, wood floors plus many other original features. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a standard normally seen in 5 star hotels. The loft is decorated with vintage pieces of furniture that complement the modern peace’s by furniture makers Swoon, habitat and heals of London. The bathrooms are tiled top to toe with grey Italian marble and kitted out with matt black fixtures and fittings. The bespoke kitchens have stone work surfaces and german appliances. Honestly, it is one of the best and last true loft spaces in central London with the best of what Shoreditch has to offer on your doorstep.
Please note the apartment has 1 UK king size bed only. We can accommodate the 3rd guest setting up a foldable bed in the living room. If there are only 2 guests and you require the second bed the extra fee will be charged.

Wonderful flat in a perfect location

The flat was located perfectly to explore Shoreditch, and also very close to transit hubs to get wherever else you need. The neighborhood is really fun with tons of restaurants, bars and shops, and the flat is really nice. A great home base to stay in while in London. Branca was very helpful and flexible. Overall would definitely stay again.
