Superb caravan with a homely interior and boasting outside decking area to relax in the sunshine! Situated on a brilliant family holiday park and only a short drive to local beaches.

3 bed caravan, sleeps 8. With decking to the side, double glazing and central heating. Ruby rated.

Kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.
Lounge with TV, Freeview, DVD player, electric fire, double sofa bed and dining area.

Bed 3: Two single beds

Family shower room with wash basin and toilet. Separate toilet with wash basin.

You may fish the lake for a fee at reception providing you have a rod licence.

Great place for a weekend break

Caravan was well presented in a quiet location on the site. Seating area and kitchen were spacious and well presented with all the basic needs. A couple of nice touches were the provision of washing up liquid & cloth, as well as a supply of dog poo bags . The bedrooms were "cosy", with comfortable beds. Only downside was the lack of parking by the caravan, unfortunately made worse by a heavy vehicle or lorry that had recently driven by creating a very muddy divot/tracks by the side of the van.

Pleasant Enough

Great communication and check in experience. Main living and kitchen area of the van absolutely fine. The bathroom shower is in much need of some tlc and the bedrooms all smelt very fusty and damp which doesn't bode well for a good night's sleep. Not an awful lot to do locally but a 20 minute drive to Louth is well worth it, lovely little town.

Short stay

Clean and tidy, lounge area bright and roomy. Mis-read info thought there was 2 toilets description was 1 and half bathrooms but otherwise all ok

Lovely Weekend Break

There was 7 of us travelling plus x2 dogs, caravan was spacious enough to accommodate all of us well. We didnt have a duvet for the pull out sofa bed, but we called the helpline and someone bought one out within an hour.
