Splendido appartamento finemente decorato GULF FRONT Condo al Grand Panama Resort al 4 ° piano con vista sulla bellissima sabbia bianca e le acque color smeraldo del golfo. Il nostro bellissimo condominio può ospitare comodamente 10 con vista da ogni camera. WiFi aggiornato gratuito incluso. Divertiti a nuotare in una delle nostre 2 piscine o vasche idromassaggio dopo un allenamento nella nostra palestra all'avanguardia. Quindi rilassati con un drink e un boccone da mangiare nei nostri Tiki Bar.
Siamo a pochi passi da M. B. County Pier e Shipwreck Island Water park, nonché molti ottimi ristoranti.

Best view on PCB!

Condo is comfortable and has all a person needs for any length of stay. The corner balcony has the best sunset view in PCB! Can't go wrong staying at the place.

Little slice of paradise

Our family came to ring in the week of the new year and it was great. Amazing views, great location, everything you need is within walking or 5 min drive. The view from the balcony can’t be beat-dinners enjoying the sunset on the balcony and prime viewing of fireworks. Owners were within reach of anything needed. Would definitely book here again.

Great place!

Great communication with owners! Loved the place! Excellent for my dog! Only problem we had was some ants…not after food or anything in particular, just roaming around at random in most every room. Would book again.

Cleanliness & dated.

We were a little concerned about the cleanliness of the floors. After paying so much for cleaning we were surprised the floors seemed not to have been mopped. And we were also disappointed in how dated and "worn" most of the decor was. (But appreciated the updated kitchen.)

Paradise found

3 generations stayed for a week. Fantastic. Extremely comfortable. Clean. Great location. Everyone agrees that we want to make this our annual fall trip. Absolutely loved the balcony. Pool was great. Very pet friendly place. I am running out of superlatives about this wonderful place. Thank you for a great vacation.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This condo was beautiful as described by owner. It had everything you wanted or needed just like home. The view was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean. I give it 5 stars and look forward to visiting again.

Beach Retreat

My family and I stayed at Deans place in the Grand Panama Resort directly on the beach! Awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath accommodations for a large family. Nice pool, centrally located among all attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family!

Perfect Condo for Family Vacation

Beautiful Trip

This was our first trip with our pup and this condo was very dog-friendly good location, and had nice heated pool and hot tub areas. The condo was perfect one of the nicest we stayed in PCB, highly recommend it.

Wonderful Place

This unit is fantastic. The kitchen was nicely equipped and very clean. We loved the oversized balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Already planning our return trip for next time.

Best Condo in PCB

Our family had a wonderful stay at this very clean, easy accessible, and roomy condo. The views were breathtaking as the balcony offered sunrises and viewing of the pier--along with fireworks on New Year's Eve. The kitchen organized and well kept, which was a major plus. The rooms are big and offered our family a comfortable stay. Our dog enjoyed his stay here too as this condo is very close to the pet walk area. If we vacay in PCB again, I will definitely see if this condo is available.

Super Stay!!

Patti & Dean, we had an amazing time at your beautifully appointed condo at the Grand Panama Beach Resort! A perfect corner condo on the 4th floor (an easy walk down the stairs) with an awesome view of the gulf and spectacular sunsets, as well as the pier. The location was great for driving or walking to restaurants, shops, and activities. We loved all of the smart TV's when we weren't on the beach or out and about. We also appreciated being able to bring our pup with us and thought the dog walk areas were great. I think we visited them all! Thank you for your quick informative communication! Everything about our week at your condo was a wonderful, lovely experience and we hope to return in the future!! 😎🏖🏝🌞

Beautiful View

Great vacation with 16 of us total staying at the Grand Panama. Ours was by far the best room with a fantastic view. The beach supplies provided by the owner was also a nice touch.

Perfect stay directly on the beach

I went there with my spouse and two teens. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. The pictures are completely accurate. The view from the balcony is perfect, especially with the unit being a corner spot. I drank my coffee every morning while sitting on the balcony. The king size bed was just fine (if you are like me, I struggle sleeping well if I don’t have my own bed). The main room had a huge closet. The place itself was decorated nicely and contributed to my feeling of being relaxed while on our weeklong vacation. Being on the fourth floor was perfect. For example, anytime we were leaving the unit, we just used the stairs located outside our door and went down. No waiting for the elevator. However, when we did use the elevator to come back up, the wait wasn’t long. The pool was big and fun. We used the convenient tiki bar next to the pool for drinks and lunch. We had the chicken tenders, hotdogs, and hamburgers. If you want the beach, it is a short walk just past the pool. You can rent chairs, but we used the beach chairs located on our balcony that were supplied by the unit owners Dean and Patti. If you need more beach supplies, there are options in walking distance, literally right across the road using the pedestrian crosswalk. I seriously have no complaints about this unit and property. It was literally what we wanted and needed. Bonus tip: download the Publix app so you can buy coffee, food, waters, extra toilet paper, etc to be delivered.

Double red flag week

We couldn’t go into the water due to double red every day but we had a great time at the property. It’s close to everything you would want to do. The condo was extremely clean and the owners were informative. A great place to stay!

From the first time we walked into this condo we fell in love!! It has everything and more that we were looking for. It is a beautifully decorated corner unit with plenty of windows looking at the white sugar-sand and beautiful gulf!! We have enjoyed being here in Paradise!! An oversized Balcony on the end where we feel breezes most of the time. Overlooks the beach and MB Miller County Pier! Back access to Middle Beach Road to avoid traffic during busy times. Also lots of great restaurants close by!
