Staying in Lamon will allow you to experience moments of peace and tranquility, while being close to the beating heart of the city and all the services you may need. Just 20 km away you will have easy access to the ski facilities, swimming pool, tennis courts and other outdoor activities such as cycling and paragliding. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to visit museums and places of cultural interest. This will be the holiday you have always dreamed of, a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation in a breathtaking setting. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the town center but at the same time it is located in a quiet area and in contact with nature.
It underwent a renovation in September 2023 and furnished with new modern style furniture, equipped with appliances, TV and wifi, oil heating. It offers valuable and quiet comfort. In summer it can offer an outdoor area to enjoy the evenings in front of a tasty barbecue.

Upon arrival at our. structure, the reception will be managed personally by the owners, the documents and payment of the Tourist Tax equal to Euro 1.00 per person for each day of stay, excluding children up to 10 years old, will be required. Customers are informed that at check-in the customer must present themselves with updated documents and pay the Host in cash the tourist tax which amounts to Euro 1.00 per person for each single night, excluding children up to 10 years old.

An extra €20.00 per stay will be applied to each guest for the supply of bed linen, 1 towel, bathroom and final cleaning of the apartment. If the guest does not intend to use this service, he is asked to declare his renunciation at the time of booking. It is understood that the guest will have to use personal linen and guarantee to sanitize the structure before check-out.

In terms of waste, it must be divided by type, paper, plastic, glass, cans and
undifferentiated. The collection containers will be placed on the kitchen terrace.
If these containers require emptying during your stay, there
we will indicate where to deliver your full luggage upon your arrival at the facility.
Guests are advised to report any breakages to the equipment and/or furnishings of the facility in order to intervene promptly to restore and/or replace them.
We kindly ask you to access the facility with clean shoes and possibly with slippers in the rooms.
After 10.00 pm please maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other condominiums. No parties or events are allowed. Happy holidays
