Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen could use a few more utensils and the furniture needs to be moved and cleaned underneath. Hot tub was an amazing feature, enjoyed by all!!
First off. A 10 out of 10. Great space, plenty of sleeping and baths. Open floor plan upstairs was perfect. Hot tub and storage great. Better to drive to the slopes than walk. Very convenient and private. The kitchen was well stocked . Would highly recommend and may return as the fam loved it and p
The location was very good, the home was clean and well appointed. We did some skiing, snowshoeing, lots of games, great food. It was good for our large group, but has lots of stairs, which was a little tricky with the small children, I didn't realize there were so many levels, but we barricaded them so it worked! The kids really enjoyed the foosball game. Saw a moose, enjoyed the hot tub - we had a wonderful time. The owners would want to know: The BBQ grill didn't work, and the dishwasher needs wheels on the pull out rack - it was pretty tricky, also, one of the pullout beds we were counting on had no springs (fortunately, one couple was unable to make it, so we were ok).
The place was nice and clean. Hot tub well maintained. Had plenty of dishes for the cooking needs of a lot of people. Would recommend this place/host to others!
From checking in to the communication of the property manager and checking out, everything was great and easy. The place was very spacious, clean, and elegant. Seeing the snow in the backyard was such an amazing view. We all enjoyed our stay!
The house was very clean and as expected per the listing. The view of Keystone was outstanding and made quite the conversation piece while sitting in the hot tub.
We celebrated a birthday here and went skiing at keystone. Overall, a great place to stay! We were warm the entire time, plenty of space, and the hot tub was amazing!
Loved the property. Gorgeous views (saw two bull moose right off the deck!) Great sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms. We drove to river run to ski si ce it was a bit of a walk to the lifts.
Beautiful home with lots of areas to sleep and hang out. Wonderful views. Responsive host. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area.
Views of slopes from the living room was amazing! Home is well stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, etc. We cooked almost all meals and was very easy. Hot tub and hill behind house provided lots of entertainment for the kids. TVs could be bigger. Was a very comfortable home and great for big group. Beds in loft not real comfortable but the rest of the beds were fine. Location to slopes was great. Was perfect for our group!
Everything was as expected and enjoyed our stay. The oversized heated garage was great for our two full size SUVs. We were able to load and unload skis with the door closed.
The common area is nicely sized for hanging out after a day of skiing.

Great views , needs updating and a good clean
We rented the house for a week for a family ski vacation . The views from the great room were beautiful . We needed a house large enough for 4 families to have their own space and bathrooms which is a big reason we chose the property . We were disappointed that the listing stated there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 king . Actually there were 2 queens , 1 king , 1 full bed , several daybeds and bunk beds . The lower level living area was only a full bed that didn’t not accommodate 2 adults , so unfortunately that family could not stay in the same room and had to split up into a separate daybed . The linens in the lower level were old and not clean . The furniture in the main level was comfortable but many were soiled . We did enjoy a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels the bathrooms looked updated and were great . Quality of the other linens , esp the pillows need to updated . The hot tub was wonderful and a great place to enjoy the views . The great room and dining area worked really well for a large group . It’s a beautiful piece of property with a lot of potential but furnishings , carpets and linens really need a facelift for the price !
Great property, loved the location and hot tub, well equipped kitchen. Bunk room was awesome but does open on to the main living area just FYI. Overall an amazing place and we would definitely stay again!
Perfect house for a large group, kids have their own space. Garage is huge for a couple cars. View was fantastic. Everything we needed for our stay was there when we arrived. Bring your groceries and your skis and you’re ready to go! Great value for this location and size. Will be returning
Everyone, kids to adults were blown away by the spacious rooms and the glorious views of the mountains. The location to the base of Keystone was so close. Everyday someone came and scooped the snow from the deck and hot tub and bladed the driveway. The kitchen was stocked with so many extras and plenty of towels for all. You made our family Christmas very special for each of us.
Property is well equipped to handle the advertised bed count. Loads of towls, etc. Kitchen very well stocked for large groups. Everything we needed. Property Manager is a five-star hero. Super responsive and friendly to boot. The property has virtually zero outside seating which is a minor deduction. If it had a deck facing north it would be too good to be true.
We had a fun weekend with 3 families of 4. This house was more than big enough for our group and very well located. It was nice and private in the back while still being walkable to Keystone Resort. Check in was easy and the host accommodated an early check in for our group.
The home shows some wear and tear but has been well taken care of. The main dishwasher was broken while we were there which was a pain for our large group of 6 adults and 6 kids to either take the dishes to the lower level or hand wash. And the hot tub was not functional on our first night. Though we understand the reasoning, this was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we booked. Also be aware that the loft with the bunk room is open to below so we had to stay quiet after we put the kids to bed.
Overall this is a great spot for a large group, especially with kids.
