Family vacation

Great home for family vacation to HHI. Nice pool area and very short walk on private path to get to the beach. Owner Deborah was very responsible and very pleasant to work with.

The location of this property is great. Easy assess to beautiful beach. You can walk to Coligny Beach if you want. I debated about giving the 5 star because the heater for the pool wasn't working but the owner did everything possible to fix the problem.giving it 5sta

The owner is amazing and helpful for entire stay. The property was clean and beach friendly with easy access.. the property was located to shops and restaurants which made things easier for my group…I will definitely stay again !!!

Incredible Location!

This home is everything it promises--incredible location, fun pool, and comfortable for our large family of seven and sister-in-law. We were there during Tropical Storm Debbie, but made the most of it. And Debby, the property manager, was more than gracious during the storm and checking in frequently to make sure we didn't need anything. We highly recommend.

Great location, well accommodated. My wife, our two children and their spouses with a one year old had a fabulous time. The host was available for any and all questions. Highly recommend this house.

Location was PERFECT

We loved the location of the property and Debby was wonderful to work with. The pool was a big plus! However, the house could use a thorough and deep cleaning. The couches were noticeably dirty and behind doors and in corners were in need of attention. The price was lower than others in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

Week of fun on and off the beach

This house was perfect for young families. Our children and there families stayed in the 3 ground level bedrooms and my wife and I on the upper level where the kitchen, family room and dining room were located. The view from the second level deck was excellent. The heated pool was great for the grandchildren, many hours were spent at the pool and on the beach.

Best home to unwind in Sea Pines and enjoy beach and pool

What a perfect beach home for a girls week. Everything was great. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful patio with beach view, comfy beds, and close proximity to beach. Pool was amazing! Host was superb. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend renting bikes as well.

Great location inside of Sea Pines

We had two children and the location was excellent. We could sip coffee and see the ocean (small view) off of the porch in the morning. We rode bikes to Harbortown (~3mi), Coliginy Square (~2mi), and to the tip of the island to Salty Dog (~4mi). Overall, couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks!

Lovely Beach Stay and Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It’s a bit older and could use a few upgrades but was super clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable… large windows in every room let in exceptional light. Water views from top floor and the pool was probably the best private pool I’ve ever been in. I loved having it right off my bedroom. Perfect water temperature in early May with heat. The beach was in the back yard. Super communication with the owner who responded immediately to every question. I loved this place and would definitely stay again.

A Great House

This is a wonderful original Sea Pines house. As someone who has been visiting HHI since 1970, I loved it. It is in terrific shape and obviously well cared for by the owners. If you need huge bedrooms and bathrooms, this may not be your favorite, but it is completely usable, close to the beach, neat as a pin, and the pool is great. The owners are super nice and helped retrieve a left-behind boy's bathing suit. I am certain we will use this house again!

Great Hidden Gem

We feel very fortunate to have found this beach house in Sea Pines. The house has 4 large bedrooms with 3 ensuite baths to easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The upper deck with rocking chairs allowed relaxation with ocean views. Getting to the beach was a short walk-especially with 2 small children. The private swimming pool with waterfalls was a nice bonus as well. Our host Deborah was very attentive and checked on us throughout the week. At one point, we ran out of propane for the gas grill but she quickly had it replaced. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Disappointed but owner great

Loud due to construction and difficult to get to beach excess. Deck rail not suitable for young children. House needs many updates stuck in 60's. Would not rent again. Had a moldy smell.

Relaxing stay

The house is nestled between two homes with a partial ocean view from the upstairs living area and outdoor seating area. The location within the Sea Pines Resort was perfect and the spectacular beach was a very short walk away. In fact, the pathway photo to the beach is no more than 30 yards from the home. The heated pool was wonderful day and night even though the temperatures were in the high 60’s low 70’s for the week we stayed. The house would easily accommodate a large extended family and the owner was great to work with during our stay. There were some minor issues, which is the reason I did not rate our stay a 5 but my understanding is that we were the first renters of the year so I am confident they will be corrected. The bottom line is that I would rent this property again, which is all that matters if you are looking to stay at Sea Pines

Beach fun

Had a wonderful week with my family enjoying the beach and the pool. Best part is no crossing of roads to get to beach! Kids could run back and forth without worry! Deb was easy to contact, and answered all my questions quickly and completely!

Sea Echo is Awesome

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sea Echo. The property is exactly as pictured and the detailed description is spot on. The home has a beautiful relaxed vibe, comfortable and cozy. The entire home was spotless, well stocked with just about anything u needed and all the comforts of home. The Hostess, Debby is amazing and promptly answered all our questions in detail prior to, and during our stay. She is great to work with, friendly and happy to share all the “wonderful”Sea Pines has to offer. The pool is beautiful with waterfalls and a nice size patio with lounges and BBQ. An outdoor shower, with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand, in addition to a hose to rinse u feet. The air conditioning in this home works fantastic especially with the humidity. The hot waster and water pressure in each shower is outrageous, really! The pristine, clean beach is just as stated, 50 yards and u r on the beach. The Sea Pines location is amazing. Restaurants and Harbor Town a mile away. We enjoyed a beautiful week, I would without a doubt, stay again at Sea Echo and it’s wonderful host. Thank You

Wonderful Sea Pines vacation

Property was wonderful! Proximity to the beach was fantastic with 5 young kids to trek back and forth. We loved playing in the pool and riding bikes along the path. Unfortunately, the private path was blocked due to construction next door but the public path was just as convenient and easy to use. House had plenty of room for the 3 families, 11 in total and while it is an older house it was well suited and very clean. Would definitely consider future stays!

Description was accurate. It’s not the most updated inside, but everything worked and was clean. The master shower was fantastic, with plenty of hot water and pressure. The pool is literally attached to the house which made it so convenient to use anytime. With the waterfall feature, it was the nicest pool I’ve been in. Also the beach walkway is right beside the house and a short walk to beach. I would rent again. You could not ask for a better location. Wanda S

Hilton Head Sea Pines stay.

Had a great week at the house called Sea Echo. The owner was helpful with anything needed. The home was really close to the beach. The paved beach walk was only about 50-60 yards and you were on the beach. The private pool was great as well. The upstairs deck was nice to sit out and you could see the ocean from the rockers that you were sitting in. Always love the Sea Pines area in Hilton Head. Thanks

Great beach vacation

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation at Sea Echo. It was an easy walk to the beach where we could start our morning, spend the day, and then easily walk back for a sunset walk or stargazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had tons of fun playing in the pool. The owner is very communicative and helpful with any questions or concerns. Although the kitchen is small, it had everything we needed to cook a few large family meals. We had a great vacation staying here!

Only 60 yards, on private open space, from our house to the beach.

Our street has winding open roads, spacious lots, with open space attached to our property, which is unique to Sea Pines.

Close to the Ocean Gate, so very easy to get to everything on the island, including grocery stores, shops, golf courses etc., but once you turn onto our road, it is quiet and secluded. There is not any other area like this in Sea Pines.
BEST KEPT SECRET ON THE ISLAND!
