Villa Layla

Villa Layla will charm you with its layout and decoration. Recently renovated, it has all the necessary amenities for a wonderful vacation.

Spread over 3 floors, it offers both spaciousness and intimacy.

On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as 2 master suites, each with a bathtub and shower. A utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.  Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor, there is the living room, the games room, and 2 master suites, one of which has a private terrace (with sea view).

On the top floor, there is the master suite with sea view terrace and a workspace for remote working (WiFi: Fiber).

For your safety, the pool has a safety cover, a security fence with lockable gate and a security camera.

The garden includes 2 outside dining areas, a gazebo and sun-loungers.
A barbeque and plancher are available for guest use.

There is a range of weights and exercise equipment available for guest use.

Fully fenced villa accessible via an electric gate.

It offers 4 to 5 parking spaces for cars as well as a charging station for electric vehicles.

Wheelchair accessible, but please note the presence of two small steps (5 cm) to access the living room/kitchen and two bedrooms.

Villa Layla offers a private concierge service by Charles Osborn as well as an external housekeeper who will be at your disposal during your stay.

The concierge will welcome you at the villa and will be available to meet all your requests.

Charles Osborn's team can, upon request, make reservations, plan activities or events, do the shopping before your arrival, and much more.

Villa Layla is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded solely by houses. It is very close to the beach and Place de la Corniche. The square offers many shops: restaurants, a health food store, a bakery, a butcher, a wine shop, a grocery store, etc.

The city center is less than 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike (bike path).

Villa Layla is located 25 minutes from Sète train station. It is about 50 minutes from Montpellier train station (in summer) and Montpellier airport. Cap d'Agde is 30 minutes away.

Numerous bus lines located at Place de la Corniche allow you to either reach the city center or travel to the more distant beaches (12 km of beaches).

Check-in from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (additional charge of €50 for arrivals after 8:00 PM).

A security deposit of €4,500 is required (excluding reservations via Airbnb).

Dogs are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €100.
