Relax on Lake Huron / Charity Bay away from the traffic and noise of M-25 (Port Austin Rd.). Charity Bay Beach House has the original cottage vibe with its knotty pine and wood interior as well as amazing sunsets. Layout includes 3 bedrooms: 2 with Queen beds and 1 with child bunk beds, 1 bath, sun porch, deck, comfortable living room and full kitchen with dining area.

The beach house faces west overlooking Lake Huron with views of the Charity Islands, the shoreline leading to Caseville / Sand Point and spectacular sunsets. A large, shady maple occupies the front yard and provides great cover from the midday sun. Railed steps lead you to the sugar sand beach, lake and fire pit. The rear of the beach house is ringed by lilac's and pines that provide privacy.

Beach house has central air conditioning and includes a propane grill, washer & dryer, dishwasher, cable, Wi-Fi, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), fresh linen and bath towels. The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses & cups. Maximum of 4 adults (+children) and 2 vehicles.

We do provide starter quantities of dish and laundry soaps as well as paper towel and toilet paper. Feel free to bring additional quantities of these items or purchase them locally. We do not provide personal soaps or shampoo.

We are local and live in the Caseville area and can respond quickly to any issues or questions you may have.

Beach House address is 5876 Oak Point Drive, Caseville Michigan 48725. Look for the white block cottage with blue trim and you're there.

Summer bookings are weekly and we book Friday to Friday. We do allow less than full week stays (minimum 2 nights) for the months of September and October. The Beach House is closed for the season starting in November and reopens in late May.

Great sunset spot

Our family of four had a lovely week on the water--fun in the water and sand, great walks toward Sleeper State Park, etc. We particularly appreciated the host's responsiveness. When a strong storm knocked out power in Caseville one evening, Mike was able to supply a generator the following morning (and again when the power subsequently went out due to residual damage). We would stay here again due to the ease of beach access and cleanliness of the house!

Great place for families

We have stayed here 3 times now, with plans for next year. We love this place. Great beach, quiet neighborhood, nice house! Highly recommend!

A vacation we keep coming back to.

For starters, the fact that this was our fourth year in a row here should make it apparent that we are happy to vacation here. The place is clean with an amazing view that has anything that you could need. If it's a pleasant, breezy day, open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the waves. It gets hot out, close the windows and kick on the AC, but you still have the view. Clean, modern bathroom, great kitchen and grille. The beach, even though there's neighbors, feels secluded and relaxing. Amazing sunsets and a nice fire pit to cozy up to after the sunsets. The owners are very quick to respond and smooth out any bumps, but those are rare. I could go on and on....Great place to recharge....

Nice beach home

My wife and I really enjoyed our week next to the beach. Caseville was nearby. The host had everything you could ever need. I would stay again.

Hidden Gem on Lake Huron

We’ve been renting this space for a handful of years now and it’s always a fabulous stay. This beachfront property is a hidden gem located on beautiful Lake Huron. It’s ideally located in a lovely neighborhood and close to downtown Caseville or neighboring Port Austin. The property is well maintained with everything you need from kitchenware to towels to air conditioning. The hosts even provide several extras (fan, grill, soap, paper towel, growler to go fill at local brewery, two fridges, washer and dryer, beach chairs, fire pit, etc.) The place is also very clean and the views are stunning. 5 stars!

Great place to stay with the family!

Had an amazing weekend with the family at this property in Caseville. Kids didn't want to leave. Very happy with the cleanliness, amenties, and veiw of the water. The owner even left us some coupons for the local brewery and distillery which was a treat. This place had everything you needed to make the trip as if you never left home. Will definitely be back!

Annual Girls Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our annual gals only family vacation. We are four generations of women that leave the spouses behind for the opportunity to spend quality time together. We found this cottage to be welcoming from the start including fresh flowers on the table. It was very clean and well equipped. The lake view and beach were wonderful. We had a great time relaxing and reconnecting. We would stay there again, I give it a ten! Thank You again to our host Mike Kelly

Good times, great memories!

My family and I had a great week playing on the beach, in the lake and at the Cheeseburger in Caseville festival. The house exceeded our expectations! It's clean and has all the amenities we needed.The view of lake is fantastic -- we watched beautiful sunsets every night and could even see the town's fireworks from the backyard. We hope to come back next year. :)

Beautiful beachfront slice of paradise

We discovered this rental last year and had a lovely time so naturally rented it again this year. What a beautiful property ideally located in a quaint neighborhood directly on Lake Huron. We were pleasantly surprised with the recent upgrades which included some new furniture inside and outdoors , a fire pit on the beach and a lovely built-in bar to enjoy the views. The cottage is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell the owners really take pride in it. Complete with everything you need for an extended stay (extra toilet paper, towels, kitchenware, firewood, BBQ, etc). The water was so fun to enjoy as was just sitting and relaxing on the patio to watch the sunset. Love how there is a big tree outside to keep it shady when you need to get out of the sun, too. So breezy and nice. On a clear night, the stars from the beach were fabulous, too. We really enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely recommend vacationing here. 10 stars!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Loved this cottage and being right on the beach. This place was beyond perfect for my Mom and I but would have been better if our other guests that were suppose to join us could of made it. There was plenty of room! We would definitely love to come back again.

Paradise in Charity Bay

I wish I could give this place more than 5-stars. It is the most beautiful, most peaceful, most serene place on Lake Huron. Sunny afternoons were spent on the beach walking, reading, or being hypnotized by the water lapping at the shore. The sunsets are as beautiful as everyone says - breathtaking. The cottage is perfectly arranged, cozy and has everything one needs - not to mention the softest towels on the planet. We didn't have any need to communicate with the owner, but pre/post communication was quick and easy and everything one could hope for. I highly recommend renting this place (unless it is when I want to rent again haha!). NOTE: We intentionally chose a late September timeframe when the summer crowds would be gone. The trees were still pretty green this year. Since we chose post-season, many local businesses (shopping/restaurants) were open for limited times only (weekends or short windows of time during the week),
