Islander 4004 - Welcome to Islander Beach Resort located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island, area known for its beautiful emerald green water with the most unspoiled white sand beach in the state of Florida.

This unit is located on the most desirable floor (4th) within the Islander Beach Gulf front complex with a direct unrestricted beachfront balcony view features two bedroom, two bathroom overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy long walks along beautiful white sand beaches or take in the view from the spacious balcony and watch the dolphins play!

As you enter the front door of the unit, you will see the beautiful emerald green water straight ahead. Soon you will see the sugary white sand beach and the 80’ swimming pool below the large balcony, furnished with patio height furniture very comfortable so you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The large living area we have the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (with a memory pad), a loveseat, a recliner and an entertainment center with a 50” smart TV and DVD. Dining area has a tropical fan, a dining table seats for six and two more seating on the breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances, granite counter tops throughout and plenty of quality cookware and utensils that make dining in a pleasure. The entire living area is illuminated with light from large windows and glass patio door. All of windows in our unit are decorated with plantation shutters.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, a chair, a tropical ceiling fan and a twin closets. Master bath has a walk-in rain showers and a sink basin granite counter-top throughout. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV/VCR, tropical ceiling fan and a closet. The hall bath is spacious and features a vanity sink, and a tub/ shower combination,

The Islander offers a large beach side pool (seasonally heated), a fitness room, a shuffle board, and a grilling area. The Islander Resort is located only 6 miles away from Destin, less crowds and quieter end of Okaloosa Island within easy driving distance to the Gulfarium, fishing pier, Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, golf, waterparks, groceries, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt AFB, and more.

We offer Flexible cancellation policy, i.e., 100% refund of the amount you paid if canceled at least 30 days before check-in; 50% refund if canceled between 14 and 30 days before check-in; otherwise no refund.

Our Islander underwent exterior renovation of the entire complex completed in September 2020 and our Islander condo complex looks amazing!

Our place is NO-SMOKING NO PET (of any kind). Maximum occupancy of 6 accommodation total. Must be 25 years old to reserve.
