Our cozy Lake House is located on a shady, tree covered lot with approximately 3900sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.2 baths, and a 3 car garage.

It features a beautiful pool with waterfalls & a gorgeous outdoor cabana with a fireplace.

The white dock is one of a kind and features an upper shaded deck to take in the beauty of the lake and the amazing property.

Our home has a rustic style with a cozy, lake house feel.

There is also an upstairs game area with a large outdoor balcony and patio with a spectacular view of the green lawn and lake.

This property looks lovely online but unfortunately it’s not as it seems. The property definitely needs a lot of attention. The exterior needs maintenance, the pool needs resurfacing and the furniture needs updated. The pool & hot tub were cloudy. The furniture was covered in spiderwebs and dirty. The grill was propane and propane wasn’t provided. The lake front view was covered by overgrown plants. The boat dock had no furniture so you couldn’t enjoy it. The interior was dusty and had miscellaneous decor laying behind furniture. The oven didn’t work properly. It took forever to finish a meal. The refrigerator had a broken shelf and didn’t make it easy to stick with supplies. The fridge had many leftover drinks in it when we arrived which made it hard to put supplies in. The bathroom towels were all in a cabinet in the laundry room. You had to go searching. The hosts were not responsive. Spoke to them prior to arrival regarding a few questions but after arrival and during our visit we had zero response. We were lucky to catch the pool company to find out how to use the hot tub. This property was so far out that there was no close store and Uber wouldn’t respond to our request for a ride. We made it work but should have researched the area better. The neighbor hood is sketchy and the landmark to find the house is the giant blue trash bin at the driveway. This house has a lot of potential but wouldn’t rent again. .

Great House on the Lake
We loved this house. Perfect outdoor area for our entire group. Loved how close it was to the water, but still had the pool as an option too! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location
This house on the lake is a nice place to stay. We were there for the solar eclipse and to have a fun time with family and a friend. As we were told, the pool is not heated, but that did not stop our using it and having a good time. I had some concerns with communication with the hosts prior to our arrival but had no problems once we were there. The location is lovely and not far from other places we wanted to see.

Lots of potential
This property had lots of potential but the owner just didn't keep it up. The house was decorated very well but the home had some odd architecture. The neighbors dogs barking ALL DAY and NIGHT didn't help either. I feel that this place was nice but could be great with a little yard maintenance and a little cleaner house.

This is our second time renting this house. You will not be disappointed staying here. It has everything you need and want. Beautiful scenery along with an amazing outdoor fireplace

Wedding Weekend
Heat wasn't working downstairs and required three trips from Repairman. Hot Tub and pool were dirty and no heat for hot tub. Wi-Fi didn't work until we spent a couple hours working on. Trash was overflowing in main trash bin along with trash can by pool. Kitchen appliances were dirty along with mold in refrigerator and coffee pot. Dust and cobwebs through out the house. The Dryer was malfunctioning. The garage was cluttered and unusable. Smoke alarms don't work as we used fireplace and flu was not functional thus filling house with smoke. No offer from landlord to refund for misrepresentation. Have rented from VRBO many times and never dealt with this type of misrepresentation.

Family vacation
The property is very beautiful, we had a great time swimming and fishing. We caught fish, the dock is fabulous. We finally figured out how to turn on the water fall and hot tub the last night.

Great getaway thats not too far away
Adult getaway was just what we all needed! Very relaxing, scenic, fun and comfortable. Big open living and kitchen plenty of space for us to all be In without feeling crowded. Also had everything we needed to cook for the group. Rooms were comfortable for everyone, beds were comfy. The pool/backyard was fantastic, we spent most of the time there, it felt private but open. Loved the afternoon shade in the pool, perfect for this TX heat. The cabana was a nice perk too! Evenings on the covered top deck of the boat house were perfect, beautiful views. Owners are very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend and will hopefully be back!

Great Lake
We spent Father’s Day weekend at this beautiful lake house. Everything was as it appeared in the online profile of the home. We had a minor mechanical issue with the air conditioner but the owner responded immediately and got a service tech to the home. That type of response sets these property managers apart.

Amazing stay
Our family of 13 stayed at this property and had so much space and fun! We played in the pool and lake for hours. We had an issue with the pool, but the property owner solved it the next day. He was wonderful to work with and answered all questions. Plenty of space for three families, and we didn’t even use all the beds available. The home has a gorgeous view of the lake and even better Texas Sunsets. The dock Was easily one of my favorite things about the house. My dad fished and caught a few fishes and my nieces and nephew swam and swam. It’s a beautiful property, with lots of fun to be had for big groups. We plan to use this property again! ** Does not pertain to the house. If you choose to rent skis or a boat, make sure you are able to dock it at the house dock. Because the house is located in the private area of the lake, we could not take our rentals unless you trailer them in yourselves.

Beautiful Lake House Stay
Our family had a lovely stay at this Beautiful Property. The place is large and can accommodate a large group with lots of space. We also saw some of the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. I would highly recommend this house and the owners were very helpful and responsive.

Family trip with something for each member to enjoy.
Our family traveled to Texas fo a niece’s wedding and we were happy to enjoy the space of this lake house. Dave and Liz were helpful and thoughtful. They were responsive with questions about the pool. The lake was also a bonus. The house was comfortable and big enough for a group. Our family would rent here again.

What makes this property unique

This house is located on a great part of the lake and has a gorgeous, white dock with the added benefit of an upper, covered deck to literally hang out on the water. The lawn to the lake is beautiful and the pool is an added bonus. The outdoor cabana is gorgeous as well and the perfect spot to sit outside with a nice fire and enjoy the view.
