Shealing is charming, traditional fisherman's cottage nestled in the heart of East Wittering village. Just a stone's throw from the beach, this cosy hideaway blends rustic character with modern comfort. Escape to our delightful 2-bedroom cottage, located in the charming village of East Wittering. Shealing was built for local fisherman in the 1900's and has been in the owner's family since 1939. This little seaside retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing seaside getaway.
On the ground floor you will find a very well-equipped kitchen including Pod coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine leading into a dining area with table to seat 5, perfect for family meals or intimate gatherings. The living room provides a cosy space to unwind after a day of exploring the coast, with comfy sofa and armchair plus flatscreen TV. The cottage has a traditional layout with the bathroom on the ground floor where you will find a shower, sink and W/C.
Wind up the little staircase and you will find two cosy bedrooms; one king bedroom with flatscreen TV and one cabin bedroom (double on the bottom, single on the top bunk). Shealing is directly in the heart of the village and you are immediately within walking distance of beach, cafes, local shops and restaurants.
Outside to the rear there is a delightful garden with seating and parasol and back door access to the cottage. At the front, the cottage has a grass garden with path and gate which leads directly onto the village itself. There is a parking space to the rear for one vehicle.
This super traditional cottage really is is an ideal home away from home for couples or small families looking to enjoy the best of village life and coastal charm.
