On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that leads out to the terrace. The living room features a Smart TV and a Bluetooth tower, while the kitchen is equipped with an oven, full hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for convenience. The master bedroom has a 180cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and WC; the bed is lower than average, measuring 37cm from the floor to the bed frame. The twin bedroom, with two 90cm beds, has an adjacent shower room and WC; these beds are also lower than average, at 30cm from the floor to the bed frame.
