Main level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes and furnishings are new. Upgraded appliances and finishes, very comfortable, very nice if you re looking for something nicer than most. Only shared room is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don t want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you ll have the whole place. See my other listing for details on the other unit in this building.

Great accommodations for 2

Cute little house in a residential neighborhood. If the weather is nice it is walkable to restaurants, breweries and shopping. Host was very responsive.

Great place

Great place with a wonderful view of the park. Definitely staying here again. The only problem is parking. Only one vehicle in the driveway. We can park in the street but it is an uphill walk.

Perfect Stay

Location was perfect for my needs. I loved having easy access to parks and walking paths across from the location. A short one mile walk to downtown. Nice and quiet space.

Great Stay at this House

I overall enjoyed my experience. The property was cleanly, the host communicated well and made the check in process easy. Also the property is located in a good area, perfect for taking sunset walks.

Great Service!

We were not able to take advantage at of the property due to an impending snow storm that halted our travel plans ~ But Luke was super understanding and accommodating if we had a future need to travel to the area! Granted we did not see the property first hand, but my husband knows the area and with the pictures included and the other reviews, it would be my 1st place to go and stay at!

Great apartment

We had the upstairs apartment which is very nicely decorated, a good space. Very comfortable. Kitchen has the basics so you can cook, plus a laundry room. The bathroom and shower were especially nice. Lots of towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower. There is a park across the street, and a convenience store .3 miles away that has a surprising selection of groceries. The host, Luke was very responsive and helpful.

Home away from home

The apartment was well stocked with extra amenities that made it very much like home. The park and creek across the street are very scenic.

Nice Little Apartment

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and came with plenty of little extras. Coffee, snacks, condiments etc. I gave 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing only because some of the pictures aren't up to date. For example, it shows a Keurig machine, but actually has a standard coffee maker. It shows a nice little outdoor table with firepit, but it is a dining table. Not a bid deal, but technically not accurate. I gave 4 stars overall because the bed is in desperate need of replacement. Overall a good stay.

A nice place

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. It was clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with things we assumed we would need to buy (laundry soap, dish soap, etc.). Sitting on the patio over looking Dartt's Park was our go to evening routine and a great place for morning coffee. The bathroom floor was heated, which was not necessary in July, but would be awesome in cooler months.

Nice place.

Would stay here again. Some confusion about what we should have done with our trash. Would have liked a medium weight blanket in lieu of the down comforter, would have liked night lights in the bathroom, never did figure out the TV. Luke was great to deal with.

Fabulous!

This property is 5-stars all the way. Cute community, great location near walking trails and park, convenient retail shopping and local farmers market every summer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Owner is available, but doesn’t hover. Property has many conveniences that make it a bargain (up-to-date appliances and finishes, tv pkg, parking, privacy, location, and onsite laundry). Fabulous stay!

Awesome space! Perfect for 1-2 people given full size bed and loveseat. Stayed 31 days and loved every minute. Lots of conveniences like USB ports in kitchen and bathroom outlets, reliable WiFi, great tv pkg, remote control fan/light, clean, cozy and comfortable. Quality appliances. On-site laundry. Responsive owner. Access to 10+ miles of biking/walking trails across the street. We rented 90 days in lower level in 2018, and 31 days in this upper level in 2020. Will rent again in 2021.
