137 Breakers is a direct ocean facing condo. The main room has a queen sleeper sofa, large TV and a small table and chairs. There is a balcony with an amazing direct view of the ocean. The balcony has two high top chairs and a table to enhance the ocean view. The kitchen is open to the main room. There is sufficient space and furnishings to produce any meal. The fully stocked kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The bedroom is open to the hallway and is furnished with a king size bed and larger TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo is on the second floor accessible by two short flights of stairs or a nearby elevator. The front door is close to the stair case. Book now and start packing. Monthly rentals are available. Weekly rentals especially during the summer are Saturday to Saturday. For off-season week days, please inquire.

Nice place to stay

Good location and close to shops and restaurants. Beach is close and the pools are nice. Only issue was landscaping for multiple days all day around the pool. Overall great stay!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This unit was clean, functional, nicely decorated and very conveniently located. We were just a short walk to many great restaurants, ice cream shops, and lots of fun things for our daughters to do. Paul was an excellent host and we definitely plan to come back.

Amazing stay with a wonderful view

This stay was exactly how it was advertised. It was perfect. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but other than that, it was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the check in & out process was easy!

Perfect Spot

Paul was very easy to deal with from start to finish! The balcony looks right out to the beach & is very accessible from the property! We will choose this condo again on our next stay!

Awesome unit

Property is in awesome condition. Pool is clean and well maintained. Location is great and the unit was clean with very nice and updated amenities. Owner is great to work with. Highly recommend this unit!!

Place was beautiful. Updated, clean and nicely done. King bed was awesome.

Been coming to HHi for 15 years. Stayed at the Breakers every year. Been in some very nice units but this one knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be renting this one again!! Thanks Paul for making this an awesome unit.

The Breakers room 137

We had a great time. We weren’t able to get checked in on time due to cleaning delay but once we got there it was great. Great location where you can walk to shop and eat right across the street. The owner was very nice and easy to reach. We had a buck and several rabbits hang out right in front of our condo several days. So cool! Would recommend.

A lovely condo!

This is such a great condo with a perfect ocean view! We were concerned about an obstructed view being on the first floor but the view was great! Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, extremely comfortable king bed, high end appliances, and a comfy couch. I think the most impressive aspect of this place is the owner. His communication is lightening fast and he is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

A beautiful seaside condo.

This is an absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful location. Once I parked my car I didn't have to move it for a week. It's beautiful to walk or run on North and South Forest Beach road. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance to Coligny shopping center. This condo has a beautiful beachfront view and about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. This is a great value and I'm confident I'll be back.

Great updated unit in perfect location

My husband and 2 year old had a great visit to HHI! This unit is updated and clean and in a great location. The appliances are all really new which is really appreciated. We cooked in a couple nights and the kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities. The view is wonderful! There are also beach chairs, boogey board, and small umbrella to use. The walk to the beach is really convenient, especially for little ones. The only note I would put for people with small children is that the front door does not lock from my he inside so just be aware if you have a little one who tries to open doors. Overall a really great place!

View from the deck was nice. The property itself was quite dated. The tub and shower need work and the shower curtain had mold. The bedding was stained except the sheets- they were clean. Could be a nice unit with some updates. Sorry to say I would not likely rent this condo again. It is a shot gun layout as well and I am not a fan
