On the ground floor you have a stylish and contemporary kitchen leading into the grand dining area with an open fire. Both rooms have access out into the stunning extensive gardens, boasting plenty of outside seating, patio area, historic carp pond and fruit orchards, a tranquil haven with unspoilt views to relax in and enjoy all year round. Indoors there is an elegant sitting room with original features to include panelled walls and a beamed ceiling, and there is also an open fire and further access to the gardens. The Garden House is a Grade II listed property and is a picture-perfect Cotswold retreat set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
