This is a newly renovated, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo located in the beautiful gated Solana community which is situated on the border of Gilbert/Mesa.
Relax and enjoy this open concept unit. The living area has a sofa, love seat and a 50" smart television with cable and wi fi. Prepare your own great meals, delicious desserts and fabulous drinks in a well stocked kitchen.
Master suite is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed, 32" smart television and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, two large closets with plenty of room. Both bedrooms have there own 3 piece bathrooms which make getting ready in the morning easy. There is also a washer and dryer in the suite so no need to worry about running out of clothes.
Enjoy all the amenities. Solana is a gated community with two pools (1 heated with hot tub), barbecue grills, club house, fitness facility/gym, pool table and media room.
Being located near highway 60 means getting around the valley of the sun is easy.
Shopping, dining, Banner Gateway Medical Center, golf, hiking and plenty of other fun activities are all within in minutes of Solana.

Very nice condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, clean and close to the pool and work out center and had all the amenities we needed. A newer washer and dryer. I reached out to the condo manager a couple times prior to our stay and he was very quick to respond. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future travel.

Beautiful Gilbert condo close to everything.

Spent a wonderful two and a half weeks in beautiful Gilbert. Rented this great condo in Solana where two of our friends were also renting. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, the canal and so much more. Condo had everything you could want or need. Loved having the little extras like games and puzzles. Kevin provided us with great instructions on how to make use of all the amenities. Hope to be back soon.

Fabulous condo and great location for our stay. Conveniently located for golf, hiking, dining and shopping. The condo was clean and upscale, in close proximity to the pool and fitness center.

Perfect Golf Getaway

Would definitely book here again. Great location. Great amenities. Condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Pool was really nice as well as gym and games room. Lots of restaurants nearby. We will be back !

Great place and Kevin owner always responds to questions- unit is in great shape and very comfortable Pool had been drained right before we arrived and refilled so too cold to swim Grilling area needed a good cleaning but grille worked fine would recommend for anyone - huge benefit an end unit and ground level and gated community

Perfect condo

Great location and fully stocked condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo is very close to the heated pool, which we used every day. The owner was fantastic and communication was smooth. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Better than a hotel!

Pool and hot tub are directly across the road. We were impressed with the warm pool and hot tub. Condo worked great. Easy access and better than a hotel for a family of four. Nice area with plenty of entertainment and eating options with in 15 minutes.

Great stay with great weather!

We came for a gymnastics meet. Our stay was great. Close to the grocery store, and our venue. We had plenty of room for our family of four. We spent days at the pool with friends. This was a comfortable home away from home. We had a little glitch with the water heater but the property owner was easy to reach and we came up with a quick solution.

Clean, safe, nice condo

This condo is nicely decorated, clean, and quiet. It is in a gated community so it felt very safe. The pool area is lovely- resort like with nice landscaping and padded loungers. The pool is heated just enough, but still refreshing. The owners were very accommodating and quick to communicate. I travel many times a year and stay at vrbos and this is one of the nicer ones I've stayed at. I would highly recommend this place!

Christmas vacation

This unit was perfect for us (grandparents and 2 grandkids). Nice to have room to spread out and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking stuff and small appliances. Owner was great to work with. Great communication. Definitely recommend.

Convenient location and nice accommodations

We had a very nice stay in Mesa, the condo had plenty of space for all we needed to do. The heated pool was very nice and because it was unseasonably warm we were able to use it and the hot tub on multiple occasions. The location was right off a main road but back far enough that you don't get to much traffic noise. It was close enough to our family that we were able commute back and forth with ease. Would definitely look into again when we are back in Mesa and in need of additional accommodations.

Great Condo can't wait to use it again!

We rented this condo for a month (mid-Jan to mid-Feb) and it was fantastic for us! The kitchen was very well stocked as well as the rest of the condo. The location was great, easy to get around to all the shopping and attractions. Very comfortable condo and the grounds were excellent for walks with our Basset Hound, very pet friendly grounds. We also really enjoyed the pool area, hot tub and clubhouse, the unit is in a great location to access the amenities. It also has a covered parking spot which is nice. The owner Kevin was excellent to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. We would highly reccomend this unit and definitely rent this condo again if back in the area. Gated community and quiet. Can't get much better!
