Nantmel has three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom with a bath and shower over and a cloakroom. Downstairs hosts a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of games. Outside there is roadside parking and a terraced garden with patio, lawn, furniture and barbecue. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and the River Glaslyn within 0.2 miles or less.
