Former B&B - now the whole home is available as a weekly rental
Built in 1929 as an Inn, the Ocean Reefs was most recently run as a Bed and Breakfast until 2016. The Inn is half way through a renovation. The interior renovation has just been completed and is available for weekly rental for 2018 while the exterior continues to be updated. We designed the home to be a place for comfortable relaxation and fun for the kids. The Inn has 5 full bedrooms, each with a private bathroom in the main house. There are also 2 detached bunkhouses behind the house with more primitive comfort. Located right on Route 32, the house overlooks Long Cove in Chamberlain, a small town in Bristol Maine.

Awesome experience! Everything we had hoped for and more.
So many personal touches, from the fresh flowers, to having more then enough linens and towels. All 5 of the bathrooms had everything you will need, right down to toilet paper and soap!
The kitchen is also very well stocked with plates, silverware and serving dishes. Loved that there was a large lobster pot and more then enough pots and pans. If you didn’t pack any kitchen items you would be fine.
The view from the porches is breathtaking, the description of a “moving postcard” is unstated.
More then enough activities in the area to keep everyone happy.
Counting the days until we can return.

About the host
Hosted by Mike
After vacationing in Chamberlain for many years, we found the Ocean Reefs Inn for sale in the summer of 2017 and fell in love with it. We are excited that the interior is now ready for visitors, and are moving onto the exterior.
Why they chose this property
With windows point out on Long Cove, it has one of the best views in Chamberlain. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, making it comfortable and spacious for families and friends who are close, but enjoy having their own private space.
What makes this property unique
The view from the sunroom is like staring at a moving postcard. It’s impossible not to feel relaxed and mezmorized by the view of beautiful and historic Long Cove.
