Questa casa si trova a 1 miglio attraverso San Francisco International Airport. Situato nella splendida città commerciale di San Bruno, Ca. Circondato da alberghi, ristoranti, centri commerciali, grandi magazzini, cinema, parchi e ricreazioni. Vicino a campi da golf e casinò. A pochi passi da Caltrain e tra due Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) stazioni. Vicino fermate degli autobus, a 18 miglia a sud di San Francisco e circa 45 minuti di auto a San Jose. Questa casa è meticolosamente costruito e progettato dal proprietario, che è un General Contractor con eleganti interni di lusso, con cinque camere da letto, quattro bagni, due vasche Jacuzzi riscaldata con getti, tutti i bagni attrezzati con getti doccia, due bagni con bidet telecomandata, bagno padronale dispone di TV in testa, e stereo per intrattenervi mentre indulgere con un massaggio di acqua calda nella vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi che si adatta 2-3 persone. Questa casa ha tutti i comfort di una casa extra ordinaria. Ci rivolgiamo anche ad eventi speciali: alloggi famiglia e gli amici per matrimoni, riunioni di famiglia, gite aziendali ed escursioni. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di rendere i nostri ospiti pensano di questa casa vacanza ogni volta che vengono a San Francisco.

Italian Family Tour

Perfect house for a big family (13 people). Very comfortable, large bedrooms and many bathroom for all. Easy to reach from the airport e not too far from San Francisco downtown.

Coins for the laundry room

Everything is fine, the only complaint we have is we need 14 quarters to use the laundry room which we couldn’t find that much coins among 12 us in the house.

Roomy House

The house was perfect for the five adults in our group. We used four of the five bedrooms and the four bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house does not have AC (which we were aware of) but once the windows were opened it cooled down. Temperatures were in the low 70s during the day during our stay and in the 60s in the evening.

Excellent location

Perfect spot. Close to everything. 30 minutes to anywhere in the city and literal minutes from the airport. House has enough bathrooms to match the needs of a family.

Messy, disorganized

I wouldn’t recommend this home. The homeowners are disorganized (forgot we were coming), the home is not clean, the outside is a mess (unused truck in driveway, junk on the side), decor lacks any sense of style or sense. When we got there, the owner had workers at the house. They were all surprised we were there. He even asked if we had reservations!! Not worth the money!!!!

San Francisco trip

We had a great stay. The house is large, comfortable and well appointed. There were minor issues with the house such as missing lightbulbs. There is not much of a back patio, but it was in the house description. Location was great and I would recommend it.

San Bruno Home

There were 7 of us staying in the San Bruno home. Travel to San Francisco was easy. The home was clean and well equipped with supplies. Everyone in our group had their own bedroom and bath, which was great! We enjoyed watching the comedy channel in the evening and laughing together. Would definitely recommend this home!

They need to tell people to bring quarters for the washing machine or make it free. They are only making a little money from the washer. It was aweful trying to find quarters.

Bad impression with the property booking

The owner called to cancel our reservation super late (after 5pm) on check-in date due to double booking while we were halfway to the property . It is absolutely non-professional. My family was really tough on looking for a new vacation home at that moment. Although the homeowner did offer a hotel near by but as my family planned to stay at a vacation home so we did packed a lot of fresh food to cook there, we could not accept that offer. We finally found a new vacation home and the owner agreed to book it for us. Thanks for that but we still have really bad impression on booking that property from Vrbo. No trust…..

We stayed with a party of 11 at the property, There was plenty of room and we used it as a "base camp" to do excursions with the two rental cars we had. Everything worked out great, is as advertised, and communication was easy and very helpful. Can recommend :)

Close to SFO, very convenient location!

The host was responsive and the house is conveniently located near the airport. Very comfortable. Everything worked. The master bedroom (2) were especially impressive. A lot of ethics food options in walking distance. We ate at several Chinese restaurants. All were good. We especially liked 新中华 which was opened recently. The good was othentic and good portion. We would certainly stay here again!

Comfortable

Property was spacious and nice to have so many bathrooms. It was so convenient for going to airport early in morning. Could hear planes during the night but with windows closed was not horrible. Place was spotless which was comforting.

Beautiful Home

We stayed at Marias home as a group of 10. Ages 2-58. We loved the place. Very spacious with plenty bathrooms. We were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving holiday dinner with full amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Eddie, Maria, Mark, Vangie and EJ Diao would like to share this very comfortable home conveniently located in the heart of San Bruno, California about 18 miles South of downtown San Francisco and only a mile distance from San Francisco International Airport. We are a loving family of five headed by a husband and father who is very loving, industrious, and truly an artist and very passionate about his trade as a contractor, remodeling and building houses. This particular vacation home is the fruit of his own labor and hard work built with lots of love, care, time and dedication. Everyone who stayed at this house vowed to come back on their next visit to San Francisco. My family manage this rental business and we treat our renters as our house guests and that we personally meet them upon their arrival and we make sure they are happy and very satisfied the whole time of their stay.

This vacation rental is strategically located where you can be in the center of the most visited cities in the Bay Area. Since it is only a mile from the airport, it is considered to be within the tourist belt, adjacent to large hotels, numerous restaurants and entertainments. Very close to freeway entrances, public transportations, malls, and grocery stores. This is a very comfortable home with nice residential neighborhood yet it is in the heart of a decent and charming city of San Bruno.

The house is unique as compared to the surrounding houses in the neighborhood. It has a mediterranean look in the outside and the interior is a fusion of tropical and mediterranean setting. You will enjoy the house by spending some romantic time in the master suite bathroom with large jacuzzi jetted hot tub with a separate glass enclosure five jets shower massage. It is equipped with an overhead TV and a stereo. The bathroom walls has a mural paint of an ocean and the wilderness and sky paint ceiling creating a feeling of complete relaxation of the mind and body.
