About this property

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3bedroom/2bath house. Newly remodeled, inside and out! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with own master bathroom and soaking tub. The other rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. The cozy living room is furnished with 2 full size couches, love seat, large TV and fireplace. The kitchen is perfect for dining in. We have a dining table and kitchen table for eating and entertainment. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer for you convenience. The enormous back yard is equipped with an inset fire pit, 20x30 sandbox with wood play-set for the kiddos and a huge patio. The driveway is equipped to hold 8 vehicles if travelers are arriving separately! Very spacious inside and out with an open layout! Also, we are one block away from Walgreens, Target, grocery store, liquor store, Sloans Lake Park, pizza, and 3 blocks from bars! 5 min uber to the heart of Downtown (Including Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium)! We are located walking distance to dispensaries but ask NO SMOKING of any kind in the house as we like to keep our property immaculate for the next guest! Thanks, we hope you enjoy your stay! Wedding

We were in town for a wedding. The house was nice and clean. We stayed extra days to see the sites. Only negative was the traffic in front of house made it a little challenging to get in and out of driveway at times. Also the noise from the street. We are used to little to no traffic in front of our home.overall we would recommend it to someone else.

Denver Weekend September 2024

This property was the perfect spot for our stay. It was close to the city and easy to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. Michelle and Manny were very communicative throughout the whole process and were wonderful hosts. I would absolutely recommend this location as a place to stay for anyone that is looking to plan a trip to the Mile High City.

Great Girls’ trip to Red Rocks and beyond

This was a mother daughter trip and it was awesome. The house provided a perfect home base for lounging and relaxing after lots of activities. The hosts were super responsive and the house was comfy and well equipped. Thank you!!

Came for the Stones concert

Location was nice, close to lake( which is great for walking around) grocery store and Target, and Mile High Stadium. On a busy street, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, however felt well protected, with privacy fence! Nice and roomy, however less beds then the ad said. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly stay again!!

A Masterpiece of a House.

Wow, this place was amazing. Its very spacious and the decorations were so well placed; and, then you see the backyard, just wanted to stay forever. However, while the location is great to visit Denver you can only make a right into the property and then a right when you're leaving, not a big deal, just have to plan accordingly. The ac broke and the shower head leaked while we were there. Manny replaced the shower head within a few hours. Unfortunately the ac unit was unable to be fixed during our stay (we were only there for the weekend) but Manny provided fans and ac window units, which he installed. I was once told "things happen and its how its handled that counts", Manny went above.

Great House

The house and yard were great, especially for a young child. The house is located neat a trailer park and the road is busy, but the host/hostess were great, and the house is very nice. It was very close to a lot of things to do

Very impressed with the Hosts!! Always responded right away to any questions or help we needed! The house was stocked with any and everything you needed for your stay. Security cameras etc.. all around the property which helped make us feel safe because it’s in a very rough area of town. Would definitely recommend

The house is beautiful and clean. Love the location as it's close to everything. The only complaint I have is the busy road. It's a little hard to get out with traffic. The host responds quickly and pleasant to communicate with.

The house was awesome :) Close to grocery stores and restaurants (which was a huge plus) The location is a tad tricky to get in and out with the busy street, but it wouldn't keep us from staying again! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great overall spot

Property had everything our group needed. There was quite a bit of construction going on around the house that made getting in and out a bit difficult. The bed count is also off. One of the bedrooms only has a single queen bed, not two. I would book again.

We bought this property because of the location. It is so close to everything! 5 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to the mountains, walking distance parks, light rail and the bus stop on the corner! Did I mention the property has 3 addresses? Yes, the backyard is that big!
