Quiet Stay with a Pool
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 210 freeway. We took walks in the neighborhood. There is a nice front yard and backyard with a pool. We did not use the pool.
The kitchen is well-stocked; there are plenty of pots and pans. We found the kitchen spacious enough to make a Thanksgiving dinner.
Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and the water heated quickly. The bathrooms may have been updated d-i-y as the faucets turned backwards and were quite awkward.
We enjoyed using the gas grill (connected to a gas line) and ate meals outside by the pool. Although the neighbors had a wild Thanksgiving party complete with a bounce house and microphone, the windows are insulated well enough to cut down the noise.
Streaming was very slow and cut out often perhaps due to the televisions so we streamed on computers.
It was a little inconvenient not having a closet to use in the master, but we did not use the third bedroom and were able to use the closet there.
The biggest problem we had was that we were asked to allow several workmen to access the backyard. A plumber came to replace the water heater. First, he came to measure and then came another time to install a new unit. However, someone had lost the key to the gate that led to the heater, so we had to allow a locksmith access as well. On top of that, the manager lost contact with the pool equipment and we were asked to reconnect that.
Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay.
