Great location

We enjoyed our week stay. Apartment is properly stocked for cooking in if you choose. The view is magnificent. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

We took our 3 small girls to the beach for the first time and this booking was perfect! We had quick private access to the beach, all questions were addressed very promptly, and the view was amazing! We will definitely be staying again!

My family loved it here. It’s walking distance to a lot of places. Didn’t have to drive hardly anywhere. Room was huge. Pictures doesn’t do it justice.

Great get-away!

Had a wonderful time! Property is well maintained, nicely decorated, comfortable, perfectly located close to what you want but just enough away from the bigger crowds. Looks like the posted pictures. Julian, from BTR, was nice to work with and very accommodating . Great experience and great trip!

Great stay

This place was close enough to everywhere but still a little more quiet. The room was as described and very nice accommodations. It’s very spacious and the views from the balcony are wonderful. We got to witness two weddings on the beach while we were there. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The location of this condo could not be better. It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping. You can sit out on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and see the sunset. It was well equipped for cooking and any items you need for the beach. Could not have been better. The management company quickly addressed any issues and/or questions that we had. I will be booking this for another trip!

Excellent Location

The location of the condo is great! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Pier 60, and just a few steps and you're on the beach. The condo was very clean and the views of the beach are great! Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Best spot on Clearwater

Wonderful beach location, close enough to walk to great restaurants and Pier 60. Enjoyed the pool and all the streaming services on 3 big TVs. We have no complaints!

If you are looking for a property right on the beach, you can't get a better view of the ocean. Property was very clean and comfortable and many amenities provided. Walking distance to all the restaurants.

Great family vacation

The view was awesome. The balcony had comfortable furniture. The living room had plenty of seating. The condo had everything we needed. A couple of very minor issues but Mona, the property manager, was on the spot!!!

Oceanfront to the Gulf. Accessories for the beach including chairs and towels. Clean and spacious. Kitchen has bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils. Definitely will return for future vacations

Beautiful views of the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the views from our condo. Our group of 4 ladies stayed in unit A13. It was a perfect location. It was walking distance to restaurants and shopping but far enough from the crowds. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and pool toy toys. The pool was nice. Communication was great from management We had one maintenance issue but it was fixed quickly. Easy check in and out. I'd recommend this property.

Great location and beautiful view

The view from the deck is just as stunning as shown online. You are steps from the beach and pool area which are both wonderful. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bar and shops. The condo was roomy and had most everything we needed. Would have liked another beach chair as there were 4 of us and only 3 beach chairs to use, but we managed. Would definitely stay here again!
