Unit 115- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf Views. | This fully renovated (2018) two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker, also a keurig. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great. The condo was remodeled and very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided and fully appointed kitchen. The beach chairs can be brought to where you w as not them which was great. Pool was very nice and new. Would just say pool should be closer to the beach and the tower or build another pool. The ocean was disappointing because water was muddled a bit from the hurricane but not the condo’s fault. Recommend it highly.

Nice beach

The condo was in a nice location steps from the beach. The office was nice and the security was friendly. There are 2 pools. The one on the bayside was beautiful.

Perfect Condo; perfect location

We stayed in the Tower rooms at Palm Bay Club May of 2024. We were amazed at the quality of everything at Palm Bay. The workers were so helpful and friendly. The condo is awe inspiring. But the beach is the most amazing of all. You are literally steps away with free use of their lounge chairs. Umbrellas are available for rent. We will definitely be back.

Could use a bit more

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice but missing a few things. One is there were rugs but the unit provided no vacuum, so I spent my time cleaning with a broom and then having to call and lay for the cleaners to come in because no matter how hard you try sand doesn’t come out of a rug. The second bathroom shower couldnt be used because the drain didn’t work properly and you would stand in a pool up to your knees of water. I tried to use the dishwasher but ended up having to rewash what I put in. The very small patio was old, furniture was good to dry a towel on not to sit and relax while looking at the parking lot. The two sliding doors did not close properly and left a draft to come in making the rooms hotter. I have stayed at the Palm several times and each unit I previously rented was kind enough to leave a few things for your trip to the beach, This rental provided nothing for guests. You would think at the amount you’re paying for a weeks rental you would at least have a little cooler or a vacuum.

We loved the pickleball, pools and being right on the beach. The cons are that this property is very expensive and they are very cheap with how they equip the room. I've never stayed at a rental property and not have them supply paper towels or other essentials. They are very cheap for how expensive the place is.

We had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute of the condo we rented and the gorgeous beach. I was doubtful that the condo would look like the photos online. However, we were so happy and impressed to open the door and see it looked exactly like the photos, and possibly better. Everything was pretty and clean and had everything we needed. We've been to Hawaii, Mexico, California, Destin, and other places in Florida. This is by far the prettiest beach we've ever seen. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Palm Bay Club to a family member hoping to stay in March 2024, and we will definitely retrun!

In love with 115 and the location of the condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we've returned to the Palm Bay Club and the 2nd time we've stayed in 115. Spacious, beautiful, and clean with stunning sweeping views off the kitchen/dining area. One elevator was down for our visit which made wait times long. On our last day, a family was trapped in an elevator on the 6th floor for an extended time. The office staff handled the situation poorly and showed a lack of concern and urgency. Other than the elevator issue we love the location and the property is maintained very well. We plan to return next year.

Great condo!

We loved the Palm Bay Club and this condo in the tower. We had five adults stay and had plenty of room of all of us! We enjoyed the beach and loved that the resort had a trolley stop right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!
