The space:
Approx 1100 sqft. 1 bedroom with large loft and 2 full bathrooms. Private entrance to condo through private mudroom, only 1 shared wall in unit, convenient garage parking directly underneath.
The location is ideal for both summer and winter activities, situated between the 4th and 5th hole of the Sierra Star golf course, a short 3 minute drive to Eagle or Canyon Lodge or less than 10min walk from the free shuttle stop. In the summer its a 7 minute walk to the Village and 5 minute walk from events like Bluesapalooza.
Our unit has a memory foam king bed in the downstairs bedroom along with a full and (2) twin beds in the loft. The sofa also pulls out to a comfortable queen bed. Sleeps 6 adults, with floor space in loft for kids to play games. Lots of soft snuggly blankets in every room and a great big long shag rug to curl up cozy next to the fireplace on. Seating for up to 6+ in the dining room so family dinners are a must.
This condo is very "connected" with fast WiFi internet, SmartHome Hub, WiFi door locks, 3 flat screen 4K Televisions, Blu-ray players in every room, tons of movies and even video games for the kids.
Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) 13% and Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) 1% assessment are included in the nightly rate.

Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo, firewood, and all amenities inside. Access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, recreation area and barbeques are shared with the condo complex. The complex just renovated the pool and spa area last summer so its brand new and is only a 100ft away from our door. Please note the washer and dryer is NOT in the unit but is in the office near the pool. Jacuzzi is open year round, but pool and BBQ grills are not available during winter months. Additionally the garage spot is dedicated to our unit but cannot be locked due to HOA rules and prop mgmt needs access as all pipes are only accessed from there. There are a few wall anchors in the garage you can lock up bikes, kayaks or other equipment, but bring a lock.
**Pool (summer only) & spa are open. BBQ is unavailable due HOA insurance restrictions. Complex guest BBQ is located in pool area but only available during summer months. **
**Wheel chair access is not available, there are 12 stairs used to access the main floor from the street**

**PLEASE NOTE** Cancellations will not be accepted due to weather, road closures or failure to secure lift tickets. Please plan accordingly and always be prepared with chains, extra food/water, blankets, etc. Travel insurance is suggested.
