**CONSTRUCTION STATUS: The Shores Club Condominiums are having all windows replaced on the oceanside of the building from prior hurricane damage. Calendar dates have been blocked for booking where each unit will be directly impacted. Please note that window replacement should be paused by late May 2025 in order to allow summer vacations through mid-August 2025 for all condos. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to create your own delicious meals during your stay. The breakfast bar offers seating for two with an additional dining area with a dining room table and seating for four. After dinner, take a step out on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of nature and the peaceful ocean view from the chairs.

The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, two nightstands and a large dresser to provide the space to unpack your bags and make yourself at home. There is also a large flat-screen television to help you unwind and relax as you fall fast asleep. Take in the beautiful ocean view from the comfort of your own bed or take a step out on the balcony and breathe in that fresh air. There is also an in-suite bathroom featuring a large vanity, loads of counter space and a lovely walk-in shower. You will find this bathroom to be clean and spacious.

The second bedroom offers one queen bed and one twin bed, a television and dresser. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Your guests will feel at home with the spacious room and accommodating bathroom. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests staying at Shores Club 505.

Shores Club 505 is a fifth-floor condo. Enjoy the club amenities including a fitness center with cardio and weight equipment and a lovely community pool. The amenities make this condo the perfect place to call home during your beach vacation. Shores Club 505 offers a washer and dryer allows you to keep up with the dirty laundry.
