Kihei Bay Vista è un complesso caratteristico con solo 60 unità. Il complesso è molto ben curato e curato. Ha una piscina, vasca idromassaggio, barbecue e doccia esterna e un bagno. È letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Kalepolepo e il santuario delle balene e anche un isolato dalla spiaggia di Sugar.
Il nostro condominio aveva un reno da cima a fondo ed è nuovo a Vrbo. Abbiamo una cucina completamente nuova di zecca. La camera da letto principale è una dimensione confortevole con letto king size e coprimaterasso per il massimo comfort. Il soggiorno ha anche un letto matrimoniale.
Godetevi le vostre mattinate sorseggiando un caffè sul grande lanai che si affaccia sulla piscina o guardate verso l'alto e ammirate l'oceano attraverso palme ondeggianti.
È veramente una casa confortevole lontano da casa.

Cute condo with everything you need!

It was a clean, quaint condo a short drive to everything. A big storm a few weeks ago wiped out part of the road, making for some detours but totally manageable. The pool was great. Only comment is there was no microwave making eating leftovers a challenge! Thank you

Great quick stay

The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. It rained while we were there so we didn't get to use the outdoor amenities, but could tell that it would be great in nicer weather.

Beautiful and peaceful condo!

We were so please with this stay! The king size bed was so comfortable; the shower was amazing; kitchen was beautiful! Owners were so sweet and responded quickly to all questions. I love that they provided a book of recommendations and beach gear!

Wonderful Stay

Easy relaxing holiday! Unit and resort was what we needed. Super appreciated the beach chairs, cooler bag, ice packs and beach towels. We enjoyed meals on the Lanai and the ability to walk the beach in both directions in the morning. Beautiful sunsets from the beach too! Would stay again. Thank you Kerry!

Amazing condo with all the amenities!

This condo was absolutely amazing to stay in during my week in Maui. It felt like a home away from home! We appreciate the renovated kitchen, countless amenities and amazing location that had everything we needed around it. The condo had a very cozy vibe that had my family and I wanting to stay in and relax after the busy days. Thank you so much Kerry for an amazing stay. Would definitely come back again!

Our stay in November, 2023

Condo was in a fantastic location! Pool on site was never busy, and the ocean across from the condo had multiple turtles sunning away each and every day! Very quiet resort (the area in general was less congested than south kihei area). Condo was great! The owner had little extras in stock that really helped us out. The only negative is that the bed is really hard. It's a huge king but our backs were sore every morning. We would stay here again.

Great location

This was a great location and super cute space. We loved the pool and hot tub. Super clean and they thought of everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, sand toys, snorkel gear, camping items, sunscreen, etc! It was incredible how well stocked this place was!! Only complaint- the AC is in the front room so the bedroom was a bit warmer. They have fans to help though! Truly enjoyed it! Amazing place!

Slice of paradise in Maui

We stayed in the condo in Kihei during our recent trip to Maui. What an absolute gem Kerry has. The unit was clean and VERY well stocked with essentials such as trash bags, coffee filters, spices. There was even beach supplies such as a cooler, chairs, beach toys for the kids. The condo was centrally located to all of our activities we had planned during our trip, which was great when your trying to maximize your time. We have found our new vacation spot and plan to continue to stay at this condo.

Beautiful unit. Kitchen and bathroom appear to have been recently renovated. Owner was very responsive. Only downside was that there is only 1 window a/c unit in the living area so the bedroom can be warm but there are lots of fans. This is common in the other condos I’ve stayed in.

First Maui Trip

This condo was a really nice place to stay. The extra beach chairs and beach equipment was a huge bonus. Great location with the beach right across the street and short walk to get to. You do have to drive a bit to go shopping and what not but we didn’t mind it. There are a few blinds missing on the sliding door to the balcony so privacy in the living room area was limited. Also the bed is really uncomfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the washer and dryer working properly but we were able to figure those out. Other than those few things this was a great place to stay! Neighbors were quiet and respectful and the pool was especially fun at night.

Very nice location and Condo But.........

Nice location. The property was pretty clean. The pool was located right outside the unit. Beach directly across the street. The only issues we had were there was no air conditioner in the bedroom and it was HOT!. And the bugs. Of course it is an island so bugs are normal. But, every time we cooked there were little tiny ants all over the place. And under the sink by the trash can there were roaches. It was just a little too much. We bought bug spray and roach bait. I didn't mention it to the owner because I'm sure they were aware. So we only stayed 1 night.

Beautiful condo!

Wonderful condo! Beautiful views- 30 second walk to the beach and tons of turtles! Place was clean and organized and had lots of helpful items to use during stay. Check in/ out was very simple- fast responses from Kerry! We had the best trip, and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this condo!!

Good accomodations

The condo is in a pretty good location within short driving distances to restaurants and stores in Kihei and was a home base for seeing the rest of the island. We liked that we could walk across the street to the beach and see the sea turtles. As far as the interior, looked well maintained with only a few minor things that didn't affect our trip: lack of microwave but other reviews noted that so wasn't too surprised although that seems like a fairly cheap thing that could be added; no live tv signals but had on-demand which is adequate unless you want to watch an NFL game; and no cold water for the washer so didn't do any laundry cause didn't want to shrink our clothes. Would I recommend the place? Yes.

Beautiful, clean and spacious

This was a PERFECT property to stay at for our short time in Maui (would also be great for longer). It was steps from the water, near so many places to eat and truly just clean and fresh inside. We will be booking this again.

Awesome place

The check in process was quick and easy. Kerry was awesome, super friendly and helpful! The place was very nice, close to everything and had everything we needed. Our only gripe was that the bedroom was pretty warm at night but there were several fans available which helped. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Amazing first-time Maui vacation April 2022

This was our first trip to Maui and we will definitely be back!! Maui has it all - mountains, lush greenery, waterfalls, volcano, beautiful beaches, great snorkeling right off the beach and a laid-back vibe. This condo has a wonderful location at the north end of the Kihei strip so it is centrally located but quiet. It is a short 20 minute drive from the airport. We had a car for the full two weeks which allowed us to visit many different beaches as will as explore the whole area on the west side of Maui. Easy, free parking with the condo is a bonus. The condo itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a day at the beach - beach towels x 4, chairs x 4, umbrellas x 2, cooler (smaller soft sided), boogie board x 1 plus some snorkel equipment and beach toys which we didn't use. The kitchen is well supplied to cook your own meals and there are BBQs next to the pool. We especially appreciated the many, various sized storage containers for leftovers - a very nice touch not found at many VRBOs. We did miss having a microwave but easily worked around this. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed and is a good size with space for suitcases as well as a decent size walk-in closet. Having an in-suite washer and dryer was appreciated as we were there for 2 weeks and it allowed us to refresh towels, etc. The pool is centrally located on the property and a great place to spend the afternoon after a morning at the beach. There were always lounge chairs available for our use even when getting there later in the day and the pool/ pool area is cleaned every morning - wonderful! There is a beach literally across the street from the complex where we enjoyed several sunsets as well as morning turtle sightings. We definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a place to kick-back, relax and re-energize!! PS: only slight deduction is for the floor not being as clean as I'd hoped but I think this is partially due to the close proximity to the beach and trade winds ;-)

Condo is just as pictured equipped with daily needs wadher and dryer were useful. Not close to a lot of shops or restaurant. Beech was right across the road tho. I would definitely stay here again

Nice condo, great location

We stayed at Kerry's place for five nights and enjoyed every minute. The condo itself is clean, modern, and well appointed. Loved sitting on the lanai for morning coffee. The complex is nice and quiet, loved the pool and hot tub. And the location is convenient to all kinds of beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this area of Kihei. We feel it is a little gem. The complex is quaint and small. It is very well looked after and literally steps to the beach. It is a little quieter than other areas in Kihei which we love as it is so peaceful.
