Pearl Beach Lakehouse es una hermosa casa restaurada, histórica, de cinco habitaciones y dos baños completos, ¡está justo en el lago! Ven en cualquier época del año y contempla impresionantes puestas de sol, camina por la playa o disfruta de s'mores alrededor de la fogata disfrutando de la brisa del lago.

Esta casa está totalmente equipada (incluyendo ropa de cama) y lista para su relajación. Esta casa es perfecta para familias o grupos de amigos. La planta baja incluye una gran sala de reuniones con vistas al lago y una sala de estar en el porche delantero y una gran cocina comedor. El primer piso se completa con un amplio dormitorio principal y un baño completo.

Arriba hay un retiro tranquilo con tres hermosas habitaciones frente al lago. El piso de arriba se completa con un dormitorio adicional y un baño completo. Hay algo maravilloso en quedarse dormido y despertarse con el sonido del agua.

Mucha gente viene y rara vez sale del lago. Puedes pasar el día en la orilla con vista al lago o dar unos pasos hacia tu propia playa privada. ¡Esta casa es perfecta para relajarse, leer y no hacer nada en absoluto!

Thunder on the Strip

This is the 3rd year we have stayed there. The houses offer exactly what we want/need during our stay after the days at Thunder to come back and fellowship. The fire ring and lake are added bonuses! The management is awesome!

beautiful & clean property- not quite restful

very nice place, my family and I have been staying in the area since we were children, went to see the property prior to booking, we wish we would have known a little more there was construction going on next door & they would be working on it during the night (4am) the daytime work was mostly understandable & we received an apology from a family member, never heard any other comments from the owners, there was parking that was unavailable, & kitchen not quite gourmet (we cook a lot)

Nice Place

Clean, lovely blend of old farmhouse with some modern updates. The beds and couch were not comfortable. Had difficulty sleeping due to uncomfortable bed. My family loved the large enclosed patio/ dining area and fire pit. Our days were quite windy so we did not sit by the water front for long, very rocky beach. We would have liked to sit on the cement walkway, had nice umbrellas to use but our weather did not cooperate. Overall we had a lovely time together and liked the house, plenty of room to spread out and share same space.

Girls' Trip

This house was perfect for our group of 6 friends. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room, and we appreciated the house's charm. We had a problem with the water heater and the hosts resolved it quickly. The access to the lake was a big plus! We would definitely come here again!

Family vacation 2024

Enjoyed the house and property. The upstairs was a little warm but overall a really nice house. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee in the adirondack chairs overlooking Lake Erie.

Beautiful Property

The property is big and roomy. Has a of spaces so every feels very comfortable. Beach access is very nice, The Host was readily available for any questions that we may have and answered questions very quickly.

Eclipse 2024

We had a wonderful time at Pearl Beach. The home was well stocked with everything one would need and there was plenty of firewood for the pyromaniac in the family. We really lucked out and had a clear sunny day for The Great American Eclipse. Cheers to our hosts Jim and Judy! Highly recommend.

Labor Day Weekend Get Away

The house was awesome. I love older homes and this one was great! Very well care for and clean. We toured the wineries and local pubs. 9 of us stayed in the home with way more than enough room. This is the second year in a row renting from this owner, they own the home next to it as well, which is where we stayed last year. Really great ppl, plan on returning next year again.

Excellent large family gathering

We stayed at both their properties with connecting backyards. It was perfect for our large family: 12 adults and 12 kids (15-6 months). Lots of space and excellent seating for everyone. Tons of amenities (games for indoor and outdoors)! Obviously owners have no control, but waves are pretty strong so just make sure to bring life jackets. Kids loved jumping the waves and wave surfing. It felt like an ocean but with fresh water.

Perfect family place on Lake Erie

Great owner who made our stay memorable. The house was well kept with everything needed by two families or even more. It was clean, convenient to everything we needed plus on a private breach! I highly recommend it.

Perfect for a girls weekend

This was our second time staying at the house for girls weekend. The location of the house is great. It is clean. The beds are very comfortable. Jim and Judy are very responsive and communicative. Look forward to many more girls weekends maybe even longer in the years to come.

Perfect family reunion

This adorable home was perfect for our group of ten to spread out and enjoy time together. The decorations are perfect for a beach house and they really have thought of every detail for amenities. We loved the fire pit, grilling out, and the huge eating area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved every second of our vacation.

Pearl Beach girls weekend

We have a group of us that have been scrapbooking together for about 20 years! We found out about Pearl Beach lakehouse in 2019 and have been coming annually since then! The view of Geneva lake is FABULOUS! The owners are fabulous to work with and have 4 Adirondack chairs for u to sit on and relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves as well as the beautiful view! They recently did some upgrades to the house which really make it fabulous. If your group is larger, they also have another house on the adjacent property that you can rent too. Highly recommend this place!! Very close to the wineries if that is something you like to do. They also have an outside firepit for you to sit by and relax. It's nice to sit by the fire in the evening and listen to the waves. Already booked our trip back for 2023!

Awesome home away from hime

The rental exceeded what we expected. We have rented other properties but this one surpassed all the others. The size of the home was great as we had 10 adults stay comfortably. The amenities were awesome!! We enjoyed being at the lake and having the firepit and grill for use. A great way to unwind at the end of the day! We want to try to stay here next year!

Another wonderful year!

Our annual mother daughter weekend once again a success!! The weather did not cooperate as well but we had a beautiful day by the water. Plenty to do even if the weather is not kind! We will be back!!

Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!

We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!
