Grande affitto estivo situato a soli 120 gradini dalla tranquilla spiaggia incontaminata di Lewes, nel Delaware. L'unità A è una casa con due camere da letto e un bagno per 6 persone e offre tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza spensierata in spiaggia. Una cucina completamente attrezzata rende persino divertente la cucina. Il soggiorno è circondato da finestre per un'atmosfera luminosa e ariosa, la grande camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Il soggiorno ha anche un divano letto per gli ospiti extra. Dotazione speciale aria condizionata centralizzata, internet wireless ad alta velocità, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, piccolo terrazzo e altro. Tutto quello che devi portare è il costume da bagno e un sorriso. L'affitto per questa unità è $ 1150.

L'unità B è una camera da letto e un bagno situato al piano terra e può ospitare due persone. Questa unità è stata completamente rinnovata con un enorme soggiorno con molte finestre. Cose da fare a Lewes e nelle aree vicine: Cape Henlopen State Park è solo un miglio dalla casa. Il parco ha spiagge pubbliche per il nuoto, il surf e la pesca. Offre anche piste ciclabili e naturalistiche, campeggi e vanta una ricca storia militare. Visita il Centro Natura e scopri tutto sulla fauna selvatica del parco. Per un cambio di ritmo puoi prendere il viaggio di 70 minuti sul traghetto Cape May Lewes e visitare Cape May per la giornata. Great stay near the beach

We had a wonderful late-August stay at Lewes Beach. The house is so convenient to the quiet beaches further down from the main beach. Perfect place for school age kids. Will stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay so much that we've already booked two weeks next year. The place is very cute, clean, and also has enough space for a family of four to spread out. The beach is a short walk away and when you get there - its quite peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our time here as did our girls!

A place to relax!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, 2 min walk to the beach and a bit farther into town. The shops and restaurants in Lewes have increased in the last 5 years, giving many more options. The cottage is cozy and comfortable and was stocked with all we needed for a week at the beautiful beach. We will be back!

Lewes vacation

We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable here! The location is great and the beach was lovely. There are lots of nice local attractions to explore. We really enjoyed visiting Cape Henlopen!

Great vacation

Perfect location just a quick walk to the beach. Very quiet side street, super friendly ‘owner’ neighbors. Lovely apartment, has everything you need including all cooking utensils. Large living area and two bedrooms, very clean and well maintained. Quiet secluded deck, ample parking. Downtown Lewes a two minute drive. We will be back, the best vacation. Thank you.

Beach Getaway

Quiet location on cul-de-sac one block from beach was perfect for our needs. House had all the amenities we were looking for. Great Wifi. Close to Cape Henlopen State Park with all it has to offer.

Awesome Location to the beach/bay

We absolutely loved our stay at 3 Newark. With two small children the closeness to the beach/bay it was so nice to be able to walk. We also rented the downstairs unit for the grandparents which was great for privacy. We definitely want to come back next summer!

Fantastic location!

My husband and I spent a week here and it was perfect! We were joined for a few days by our adult daughter and her fiancé. We’ve stayed in several places in Lewes but this has been my favorite so far! The location is terrific, close to things but far enough to feel on our own. The house is lovely and VERY clean! Just what we needed for our vacation during Covid. Thanks so much!

Beautiful and convenient place to stay. Property is very well kept. Our only negative was no fan in bathroom, but perhaps that was a recent breakdown and could be fixed. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Summer Family Vacation

This home was wonderful for our family vacation this summer. The layout and separated units provided much needed flexibility- with me, my wife and the little ones upstairs; and grandma staying downstairs. Both units are well kept, clean, and comfortable. It's a very short walking distance to a beautiful section of the Lewes beach. And the host is very responsive and so nice to communicate with.

Great Beach House

We enjoyed a week at this lovely beach house. We have stayed in Lewes several times and this was the best value yet. The house was clean, well stocked, and the outdoor shower was so convenient. We also rented the lower unit for a portion of the stay for extended family. It is very spacious, not as cozy as the unit above, but well equipped. We will be returning next year!

Excellent location!

The location and proximity to the beach and enjoying the town were perfect. The house ticked all the boxes in terms of cleanliness, ease of working with owners, and functionality. I'm glad I knew ahead of time about the kitchen not having an oven and could plan around that. The large living room is full of gorgeous light and comfortable. It was a great stay and I'm looking forward to renting again!

Beach Day Hang Out

We used the lower part just for parking, resting, place to shower after the beach, place to leave beach stuff, use refrigerator to keep things cold, and rest. My family was so grateful to have a wonderful place to use and rest. We didn't sleep or eat there.

Comfortable Home, Great Customer Service

We arrived for girls weekend Friday-Sunday. This home is very conveniently located close to the beach and Cape Henlopen State Park, which we loved (Beach, Hiking, Biking). We also loved the little town for shopping and food- we went to Kindle (very good) and Gilligan's (nice atmosphere on the deck) for lunch and take out from A Touch of Italy. The kitchen is well provisioned, great patio in the back to hang out. My first trip to Lewes and I will definitely return to this quaint little town.

Second Time

We love Lewes and this is our second time staying at this property. I wrote a detailed review last year October, 2021. The 2 unit layout works well for us --2 couples. The property owner responded promptly to all communications. We would rent again.

Always a lovely stay!

This has been at least our 6th stay at this lovely home. It's the perfect beach cottage with great beach access, walkable to town and not too busy of an area. The house has all the necessary amenities plus comfortable beds, bbq and an outdoor shower. There is no oven, but there is a toaster oven and we have never needed anything more than that. It has been upgraded for this season with new carpet, paint and a renovated bathroom, all of which have made our stay even nicer. We always enjoy our stay here and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Lewes!

Perfect Cozy Home by the Beach!!

This is an amazing property for a laidback trip to Lewes Beach! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes. The owner was great to communicate with and the check in process was incredibly easy. Everything in the home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. We also appreciated the nice binder in the living room containing info about Lewes and nearby spots/restaurants to visit. My only (extremely minor) criticism would be that the bathroom is a little small, but perfectly workable for a short trip. My friend and I had the best time and would 10000% stay here again on my next trip to Lewes!!

Great place. Easy to work with owner. The listing could be clearer about the fact that it is really two separate units with 2br in one and 1br in other. To list it as 3br is a little misleading, but the layout worked great for us to have friends stay in the other unit ... at extra cost, though. Otherwise wonderful with easy access to beach and interaction with owner was perfect.

October Getaway

This property was great for us, 2 senior couples. We rented both units, so we had the ability to be together and to have some time and space apart. My husband and I stayed upstairs and found it to be quite comfortable, roomy, and pleasantly furnished. There were tasteful and thoughtful touches, e.g. a night light in the bathroom. Happily the space wasn't cluttered with too many knick-knacks, so there's room for suitcases and belongings. The photos on the website don't show that there is a very nice little deck with table and 4 chairs on the second level. There's also space below for bikes. A couple tips: the ceilings are low and the tub and shower are small-ish. This was fine for us, but I could imagine that very tall and very large people might feel a wee bit cramped. My 6'1" friend bumped his head a couple of times negotiating the entry downstairs. There was only one towel rack in the bathroom; again, this was fine for us, but if your party has more than 2 people that would be challenging. I'd recommend the owner add a towel rack above the existing one and replace the ineffectual hook on the back of the bathroom door. Communication with the owner, Nancy, was easy. There were a couple of minor things we spoke about and all was handled well. The house is on a side street in a residential neighborhood; there's no yard. Houses are close together, but it was very quiet this time of year. There's one street to cross and a short block to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderfully maintained & Perfect location

This is the perfect rental for a small family! The home is very clean and well-maintained. It has everything you need and more! Conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were spacious and we loved the amenities- especially the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Special touches like board games, movies, and extra supplies make you feel welcome and at home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
