Three bedroom, two bath, home in desirable Southwest with a heated pool. Home is close to downtown, restaurants, bars and activities. Beautiful caged pool. Large lanai with beautiful views of intersecting canals with western exposure. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the water. Home black stainless appliances, cabinets (the island seats three) and granite counter tops throughout the home. Home features three bedrooms. One large master bedroom with King bed and sliding glass doors that go out to the lanai and pool area. Master bedroom has walk-in closet, 43 inch flat screen TV and master bath. Master bath has walk-in shower. On the other side of the home there are two bedrooms and a bath. The bath has a shower and tub unit. The second bedroom is large with a queen bed, 43 inch screen and large closet. Bedroom looks out over the canal and pool. The third bedroom has two twin beds with good size closet. There is a large living room with a 65 inch TV. There is a dining area with sliding glass doors that go out to the lanai and pool. The home has a laundry room with a washer, dyer and sink inside the house. Also, the home has all tile floors and an attached two car garage. The home has central air conditioning, free cable, free WIFI and all the conveniences of home.
Electricity will be charged at .11 cents a kilowatt hour for electricity use over $50.00 a week.. The property manager reads the meter when you arrive and after you depart.

Exactly what we needed!

Very nice and fully equipped pool home in a quiet neighborhood with great proximity to everything in Cape Coral. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Cape Coral. The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Cape Coral Family house

Hi , We have bin in this area 5/6 times , but have never stayed in a house there were so well equipped in the kitchen as this house .We saw dolphins and manatee just down in the canal, and there is a lot of wild live in this area . We would definitely come back to this house again if we come back to Florida again . Anna and Ib, Denmark

Relaxing pleasant stay

Our group had a wonderful time. My wife and I had stayed here previously and we decided to come back with some friends. The house and pool were perfect. Since the hurricane had just recently come through, the host did great with communicating with us beforehand to ensure everything was still safe and good to go. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Nice house

Nice house. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. The person in charge of the house was also very friendly. The house itself and the view is really good. The pool was first turned on when we arrived but never really warmed up. All in all a good house.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This house was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was clean and warm, and the house was close to great restaurants. Andrea, the house manager was friendly, welcoming and helpful at check in and again at check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Delightful stay for two

My wife and I came for a lovely weeklong visit. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We spent almost every day lounging by the pool. The water was very warm. There was plenty of room for more people if we’d brought friends along. Highly recommend!

Favourtie spot...

We have rented house in Cape Coral for the last 4 or 5 years. This has been the best house so far... updated and every amentity. Owners and property manager were easy to get ahold of. We saw dolphins right off the dock and manatee swam by everyday.

Very Much Like Being Home!

The owners have provided everything needed and more. The feeling was like being in our own home. The new living rm couch and chair (not what is shown in the listing) were very comfortable and high quality. The owner and property mgr. were both very responsive to questions and minor issues. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent again in the future. It's one of our favorite VRBO's.

What a gem!

Our vacation truly started with our communication with the owner Gus. The level of comfort he provided to us in answering every single question + inquiry we had during the booking process was incredible. Andrea, the property manager was a gem to work with. Loved the restaurant suggestions - many of which we checked out. We cannot begin to describe what an truly beautiful home this is. It completely felt like a home away from home. Tastefully furnished throughout and a kitchen so well stocked you literally only need your groceries. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day and sitting down by the water. The only negative we experienced was getting 1 use out of the bbq before having to refill the propane tank. But probably couldn't be helped. We left it full for the next person! Without a doubt we would rebook this property as it met all of our wants, needs + wishes and dealing with the owner + property manager was a very welcomed experience.

We staid at this place recently.. When we pulled up to it, it did NOT look appealing what so ever!!! If they had a picture of the fron of the house NOT many people would book the place, but once you get inside everything gets better.. Very clean and spacious house.. it has everything one needs to stay and play... nice pool area very quiet, but its about to get noisy as they are starting to build a house across the channel... The pool was NOT very clean and there was no way to clean it.. The pump was on from 8:45 to 4pm and the Manager said its because the neighbors complain about the noise... pool cleaner comes on Wednesdays BUT he didnt do anything... i got pictures to prove what im talking about.. would recommend and would stay again if there is a way to keep the pool clean...

BEST TIME EVER!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful...just like the pics, but even better! Loved the tile throughout the house, and the open-concept of the living, dining and kitchen! Loved having a pool there where it was just our family playing and relaxing in. Everything we needed was there at the house. All we had to bring was our personal items and food/drinks. There is a coffee maker, but not a keurig (in case that's what you're used to...p.s. Gus, a kuerig would be great. Lol). The master bed is very firm (just in case you're wondering) twin beds are softer, and the bed in third bedroom is med/firm (our 200 lb. 15 yr. old baseball playing son said it was comfortable). Just a side note...the couch was VERY comfortable, almost felt like we were sitting on memory foam! We loved being on the canal, where my hubby and son took full advantage of by fishing several times (fishing rods and lures available for use there at the house) and, my husband even got to see a manatee swim by while he was fishing!! We loved being there so much that we hated having to leave :( I would definitely live there if I could!! Gus, the owner, was wonderful to talk with and was readily available for any questions we may have had. Thank you, Gus, for opening up your beautiful home to me and my family...we had an amazing time and look forward to possibly go back in the future! :) *I really couldn't give an honest review on the property mgr. as he was not available during our stay.

Great vacation in cape coral.

My family and I loved staying at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. All of the appliances worked and the pool was great. Fishing from the canal and catching lots of snapper was also a real highlight for us. The neighborhood was quiet, but was still close enough to a main road that it never took more than 5-10 minutes to go anywhere we wanted to. I have no complaints, my wife and I loved it and so did the kids, I would definitely stay again.

Great house

This was a great house it had all the amenities that were listed even fishing Poles. It was well stocked with towels and beach towels. My favorite was the Lani and the pool that was just lovely.The view of the canal and seeing the sunset was great.We bbq and ate dinner under the covered area in case it rained. It was just very relaxing. There is a free beach 10 minutes away and it's nice cause there's a restaurant And fishing pier. There are also some nature walks locally. The bridge is $2 with the easy pass.

Worth The Wait

We booked this house in 2019 for 2020 but unfortunately had to cancel due to the pandemic and Gus was great to deal with. We re-booked for 2022. We stayed at this property from April 8-15th and it was so worth the wait. This is a beautiful home, quite large (just me and my husband stayed) and has all the amenities you could need. We met with Andrea the day after we arrived and she is very friendly and helpful. The outside area and pool are amazing and we spent most of our time there. We did see one manatee and a few boats but overall this neighborhood is very quite and we had a chance to relax. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend this property.

The house was amazing and the pool was perfectly warm. My little boy fished so much that he caught 4, saw a manatee and dolphin swim right by. Andrea was exceptional to work with and we wanted to rebook before we left. Sadly it was already booked. We are planning to return again in December and just hope we can find a property as good as this one. Cozy, clean and had every comfort needed for a memorable vacation.
