Sittande på egen sandstrand i ett naturreservat, erbjuder detta nyligen ombyggda Lake Michigan-hem en fantastisk utsikt och vackra solnedgångar. Sovrummet svit har en perfekt bild av Lake Michigan som du kan se från din California King säng eller gå ut på det rymliga däck för att få ditt morgonkaffe. Det finns två andra rymliga sovrum, ett med två enkelsängar och det andra med en king size-säng i Kalifornien. Den lägre nivån är värd för en ny våningssäng med två uppsättningar dubbla våningssängar. Hemmet har massor av naturligt ljus, vackra vitvättade takbjälkar och en mycket öppen känsla. Köket har alla nya vitvaror i rostfritt stål och matsalen rymmer 10 personer, vilket är perfekt för familjen middagar. Det finns även en vin och ostbar. Allt detta, och bara en snabb cykeltur till centrala Charlevoix och kort bilresa till Boyne Mountain.

Perfect location

Great place to stay. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect. Private beach area on the lake only 5 minutes from downtown Charlevoix.

Family vacation

My family and my brother and his family stayed here for a week. We love the lake views! Beautiful sunset views; collected petoskey stones on beach; lots of room so everyone was comfortable .

Family Vacation

My children and grandchildren had a wonderful time in this rental and area. We have been coming to CVX for several years and this was one of our best trips! Thank you so much the house was perfect only wish it was available next year also.

Girls Trip Cheaper Than Therapy

The home and property is lovely, relaxing and just as described. The Bunk room wasn't the best for ladies of a certain age. Would be great for families with small children. We loved our stay.

Wedding week

Rented this property for our daughters wedding. The property is great and the location is amazing. We were a mile from our venue but the best part was the beach. The house is gorgeous well stocked kitchen and very roomy. The only negative we had was the nosy, rude neighbors. Other than that we are planning on retire this property next year!

Relaxing Thanksgiving Stay

The cottage was super clean and comfortable and the view was incredible. We spent a weekend over Thanksgiving during the COVID shutdown. The locations was convenient to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Boyne City. We found the bedrooms to be super comfortable and well equipped with hangers and even a luggage rack in each bedroom (love that). We made most of our meals at the house. We did find the kitchen to be lacking a few things compared to other rentals we've stayed at like a pancake griddle and hand mixer and would suggest upgrading the knives and pots and pans. We'd love to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the beach.

Very nice water front home with plenty of frontage Home does not have amenities that would’ve expected for this caliber property Not enough bath towels No beach towel No coffee grinder No typical kitchen supplies like cling wrap, baggies , foil etc

Peace and Tranquility

From the peace and tranquility experienced as you sit facing the lake from numerous vantage points to the full kitchen and Weber grill amenities available to cook and grill delicious meals as a family. Comfortable bedding, a cozy fireplace, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. They even had a walkway deck leading to the beach. No steps, no bluff, lots of thought into comfortable spots to sit and take advantage of the gorgeous view of the lake. Bring sand shoes for the water and enjoy the crystal clear water that’s shallow. Natural beach walks with very few neighbors, feels like it’s own island. Teri and Lauren from Northern Michigan Escapes were so responsive and helpful with any questions about the home or area and very professional with all necessary info for the booking. Will be back again!

Close to ski resorts

Property was perfect for family ski trip. Kids stayed in basement which was chilly but good for sleeping. Could use a better heater as kids played downstairs also. Though we hardly turned on the TV since there were plenty of things to do, I am a college basketball fan and was disappointed that cable did not contain MSU v Maryland basketball game. I think that a rental in this market should have ESPN and similar channels available. This was not enough to change my rating from 5 stars as I think it is a nice property and I would stay there again, but probably not during March Madness basketball.

Ski Trip

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful and the view of Lake Michigan is spectacular!! Close to both Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands for skiing.
