Nuestra casa fue remodelada recientemente en 2016 convirtiendo una pequeña granja de 100 años en esta fantástica casa de 5 dormitorios / 6 baños. Nuestra ubicación está a las afueras de Healdsburg, a 2 minutos de la autopista 101, rodeada de viñedos y al lado de una bodega.

Perfecto para amantes de la naturaleza y catadores de vinos por igual, y un excelente punto de partida para muchas hermosas excursiones en bicicleta en el área de Healdsburg. House está situado en una propiedad de 10 acres con viñedos y un arroyo estacional. Disfruta noches tranquilas con fantásticas vistas de estrellas.

Esta casa está completamente amueblada. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar su propia comida, como una cafetera, un molinillo de café, utensilios de cocina, tostadora, etc. Hay 2 salas de estar, una en el piso superior con una televisión de pantalla plana de 65 "y una en la planta baja con una televisión de pantalla plana de 55". Hay 6 baños completos, uno en cada habitación y un baño completo para invitados en el piso principal. Cada habitación tiene una nueva cama Queen. El espacio puede acomodar cómodamente a 10 adultos y hasta 2 personas adicionales o niños en el sofá cama.

La casa también está equipada con un paquete de cable completo y WIFI.
Hay algunas escaleras para entrar a la casa, no es accesible para sillas de ruedas.

Nuestra casa cuenta con colchones y ropa de cama nuevos, cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado. Áreas comunes de amplio tamaño, acceso completo a lavandería, cocina completa y un porche con vistas espectaculares.

A lo largo de 2018, planeamos hacer mejoras al paisajismo en etapas alrededor de la casa. Se agregará cercas, olivos y un árbol cubierto de enredaderas.

Amazing property

The house was perfect for the 8 of us, comfortable and extremely well appointed. John and Abby were great hosts. The kitchen is amazing and we put it to good use as we cooked all our dinners in. Thanks J & A for a wonderful stay!

Best location

There were 10 of us and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space and there was also plenty of places for us to all be together. The wine tasting was wonderful.

The perfect thanksgiving get-away

The owners were fantastic hosts, putting up with our rambunctious troop of kids playing outside from dawn to dusk alongside the vines. The home set-up is ideal for families looking for spacious common space (oversized chef’s kitchen, cozy game room, vineyard view dining room, wrap-around porch, etc.), plus ample private space (en suite bathrooms for every bedroom.

Serene Winery Stay

Our group had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and built well for a large groups. House is as pictured. The scenery surrounding the house is even more beautiful than pictured. It is truly a stunning property. Pool and hot tub are convenient to the house. Property manager is available and on site.

50th birthday trip

We absolutely had the best time I’ve had in a long time! It was such a beautiful property the host was amazing. Even let us play with their dog in the pool. Finding out that the hosts and their winery owner is from chicago and is Hungarian like my husband just made it feel like home!!! Laughing with family and friends and celebrating at this property is highly recommended!

Great house on the vineyard

We enjoyed the big house and that each bedroom had a private bath. The hot tub, wood fire oven, and the wine tasting next door were lovely.

Healdsburg retirement/ birthday celebration

We had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious and very nice, with amazing views of the vineyards, It was great for kids, they loved the hot tub and the pool. We will all have a great memory of our experience here.

Amazing home and stay

WE WOULD STAY AT THIS HOME AGAIN!!!! The house itself and outer property(vineyard) is absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and more for making evening meals and breakfasts. Our bed was comfortable and plenty of storage in our room for luggage. (we had the smallest room). Plenty of room to spread out for 10 people. Dining outside and inside options. Hot tub was clean. (did not use pool due to weather) It really is an amazing spot. Winery guests can not see the home, hot tub or pool areas. John was polite and available during our stay. Written information about our stay was clear and concise. Easy to follow check out guidelines. Only reasons I gave a couple answers 4.5 stars are due to VRBO and host giving me different answers for our security deposit return time frame and property between winery and home is a bit cluttered for my taste. Again, we would book this place again for sure. Thanks for an amazing time in Sonoma County!!

Great location and a beautiful house. John and Abby made sure our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Perfect hosts and we loved their wines. Carefully crafted in small batches. Most comfortable beds ever!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. Everyone had a bed and a bathroom. It rained the entire time, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the close wineries but everything was super close to drive to. The beds were seriously the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Time

This is a wonderful home and just perfect for a large group. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and the areas inside the house and outside are perfect. Great porch to relax on while having a glass of wine. The owners could not be nicer and made sure our stay went well. No problem getting Ubers to take us to and from dinners in town. We will stay again.

Fantastic friend getaway!

This house is fantastic: just a short drive from downtown Healdsburg and several great tasting locations. It's also full of wonderful spaces: our party of 10 enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, relaxing in the hot tub, having dinner on the patio, and watching a movie on the enormous screen upstairs. Abby took excellent care of us, from a complimentary tasting from their vineyard (Viszlay), to coming over herself defrost the freezer when it got stuck on our first night. I love visiting Healdsburg, and would recommend this place to any large party looking to spend quality time together!

Perfect gathering spot

A group of ten stayed here for a fun tasting weekend and to celebrate a friend's birthday. We loved every minute of it! After tasting each day, we would return and have dinner together and hang out in the hot tub. One night a caterer came to cook dinner at the house as we celebrated a birthday - it was perfect to have a huge kitchen and plenty of room to eat and enjoy the evening. John and Abby hung out with us, and they were very responsive to us once we got on property, even having dinner with us one night and hanging out. The neighborhood is quiet and we walked Limerick Lane each morning. Will stay here again!

Nice home and host, but not the ultimate staycation

We booked this home as a destination to enjoy wine country in CA. The pool and size of the home was the #1 reason why we choose this home over others. John was great when I initially booked the home verifying the dates were available and approving our reservation. Upon arrival the pool was under construction and it was unusable. There was no communication to this prior to showing up at the house. John said it was an emergency repair that had to happen. I understand this can happen, but it was the lack of communication of the repair that was not great. John was nice and did provide a small refund per night because of this repair and he did find a neighbor who was willing to allow use of their pool during the stay. This was a nice gesture and appreciated, but it was still an issue not knowing prior to arrival. The pool was clearly under repair for several days so there was plenty of time to communicate the repair. This would have allowed our group to book another home, or make arrangements on our own for another pool. The home appeared to be shared as there was food in the refrigerator upon arrival. The overall cleanliness of the home was also not great. The coffee makers were both dirty and the wine decanter had clear wine stains. The bedrooms and bathrooms however were clean and comfortably. Overall it was a good stay, but we wish the group had full access to the pool to take full advantage of this being a true ultimate staycation. John did help once the group arrived.

Yearly Getaway

This was our groups second stay at this wine country gem. The 5 of us each had a bedroom with bath. We spent hours on the wrap around porch overlooking the vineyards. The huge kitchen met all our needs. We toured nearby wineries and strolled thru downtown Healdsburg. A great getaway.
