Il balcone extra lungo offre la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto e una vista incredibile sull'oceano, sulla spiaggia e sulle montagne. Tramonti incredibili. Enjoyed Our Stay

Mike's place was as advertised: clean, conveniently located, incredible view. He was also highly attentive as a host, ensuring we had everything needed throughout the trip. We'll definitely seek to book again upon our return!

Perfect location

There was a slight hiccup when we got there but Mike was quick to respond and resolve. The condo is perfect size for two couples. Great views and great centralized location. Many many things to do within walking distance and centralized enough to drive to most places on the island. The road noise can get loud, if you aren’t used to that but does make for good people watching and is quiet at night. Balcony has great views when spending time at the condo. Pool area is nice as well and many times no one else was there. We would stay again. Thank you.

Perfect Paradise!

I could not have been happier with this property! Exactly as described. The views were stunning. Perfectly located- SO much within walking distance. Very comfortable- even with 80°+ days, never had to turn the air on thanks to the amazing cross breeze you get & all the ceiling fans. Bonus of falling asleep & waking up to the ocean waves crashing. Even with construction happening on the first level of the building- it was the perfect stay. I can't wait to go back!

Mike provides everything you could possibly need and is easy to reach. This Kihei condo is your home away from home and is conveniently located right next to South Maui Gardens!

Paradise

Mike’s place was absolutely wonderful and perfect for us. Mike reached out to ensure all was well and offered help if anything was needed. View is fantastic! Instructions were clear and simple. Everything was tidy and worked well. Very well situated and comfortable. We miss being out on the balcony with a coffee watching the ocean. Just gorgeous! What a glorious view from the 6th floor! We watched the surf shop across from us open up everyday which inspired us to take lessons! Never would have done so otherwise (we got up too! Go for 7:30 as its quietest then). Surprising how comfortable it is with cross breeze from patio to front door. Well stocked for our stay with absolutely everything we needed. We would not hesitate to book with him again. Beds were so comfortable it felt like being in my own bed! Bathrooms are very nicely finished. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ever need. Thank you Maui Mike! We will continue to dream about being back in Kihei!

Great condo, great location

This condo had everything we needed for comfort, cooking, relaxing. The lanai looks out toward Kalama Park & Cove Beach, & we enjoyed dining, relaxing, watching whales, and people watching. Restaurants, South Maui Gardens with live music & food trucks, Foodland (with discount card on condo keyring), ABC store, etc. were all a short walk away. Mike (owner) was very responsive if we had any questions. Overall, great experience!

First visit to Maui.

The unit was in a great location with easy access to the water, restaurants, and things to do. It also had an awesome view of the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed are stay and the unit provided access to a wide range of conveniences.

Great location and apartment. Served the four of us (2 couples) well. Communication from property manager was great. Would recommend this apartment and would stay again if we return to Maui.

Best place to stay

This home was everything we thought it would be and more! The view of the ocean was amazing and the location was perfect for walking less than a minute to get great food and drinks. The house was stocked with a surplus of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even snorkel gear! Mike was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have an awesome trip. We will 100% be staying here on our next trip to Maui!

Beautiful Island - Condo was ok

Positives were updated bathrooms & kitchen appliances, more like a studio with a small kitchen. Nice view as well. Beds were comfortable. Not so great were rooms warm & lots of rules for turning on and off the air conditioning. We were also asked to wash all towels even tho we paid for cleaning. Furniture was very old & dated.

Excellent location

We keep going back to this condo because it is in the perfect location for us. We enjoy walks along the beach though we are not much for swimming. Three of our favourite restaurants in Kihei, Coconuts, Freds and Maui Fish and Chips are just a nice half our walk away. Foodland grocery store is just up the street and we get special pricing there using Mike's membership.

Great stay!

Highly, highly recommend. If you are a surfer you will love waking up, checking the surf from the lanai and jumping in the water at dawn to watch the sunrise!

Wonderful place

We stayed with here with our two boys (15 & 12) and it was amazing. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants/food trucks and beaches within walking distance. The place was perfect for our family and has an amazing view of the ocean. Owner was awesome and was very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

Best Located Spot in Kihei

Was an amazing place to relax on the spacious lanai. The view was our favorite part of the property! The ability to walk to many restaurants, bars and grocery stores was terrific! I would stay here time and time again!
