You'll enjoy all the comforts of home in this 3 bedroom (plus queen size sofa bed) , 2 bath top floor unit. With an open floor plan & cathedral ceilings, it's a perfect fit to accommodate smaller or larger groups (no more than 8). This is a unique condo in the BEST complex in beautiful Magnolia Pointe. From your balcony, to the right, you can watch golfers tackle the challenging par 5, Pine Hills #13 hole (view of the green and bunkers surrounding the green). To the left you then have a gorgeous view of the pool and picnic/grilling areas.

This condo is decorated like NO other condominium in Magnolia Pointe. If you like bright, vibrant colors with home-like comfort, this is your place. This condo is furnished to the 'gills', has cathedral ceilings and has brand new furniture throughout. Whether you're a golf enthusiast, baseball family or a beach goer, you'll find the comforts of home and surreal decor. The pictures speak for themselves.

The best part about this condo should be the inside but realistically it's definitely the point of view from the balcony. In the evenings you have the best sunsets. The best golf views and you can even yell down to the kids (or husband/wife) at the pool to take your lunch or dinner orders. This location truly makes your vacation so much simpler and most importantly - more comfortable.

Updated property! Rt by the pool with elevator. Beautiful furnishings. Has everything you need. Host was available and always quick to respond to all communication. Easy to drive to beach. Close to Broadway and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our time! Definitely recommend Mimosa’s and Croissants for breakfast and lunch!

Absolutely loved this place!!
We stayed here for the week for my son’s baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. Place was exactly as described and pictured. Condo was bright, airy, and very comfortable. We felt very safe staying here. Will definitely be rebooking here on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful property with great view of golf course and pool/picnic area. Minutes from the beach, Broadway at the beach, and Sky wheel. Barefoot landing about 20 min away. The condo was clean and just as the pics showed. Pool security checked pool passes daily, sometimes several times while we were at the pool area, so make sure you have those with you. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jon and Lindsey.

First vacation to Myrtle Beach
This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures are exactly what it is. It was clean, beautifully decorated and convenient to a lot in Myrtle Beach. We were down for a baseball tournament at Ripken and very easy and quick to get to. Will definitely keep this condo in mind if we ever venture back down.

VERY NICE FOR FAMILYS
Very well taken care of condo. Super view from the porch area with great furniture to hang out and relax. Inside was clean, quiet with well appointed furniture tv's ect. and has lots of room to space out if you have a large party we had 4 people but 6 to 8 would be fine. Also the central location is really convenient to North Myrtle-Myrtle or Surfside Beach area. Enjoy your next vacation!

Great Vacation Property!
This condo is beautiful! It is close to all the area attractions, yet when in the development, it is very private and quiet. The pool is very close and most days, not busy at all. The rooms are much bigger than they appear online, and we had plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen is well-stocked, with open cabinets for food (a plus as most units have every spare inch of space filled). The furnishings are very "beachy", yet well-done and classy. The patio area is perfect...overlooks the pool and the golf course. We spent lots of time there just enjoying the scenery and the beautiful weather. The wi-fi was patchy and not secure, so we needed to use the hot spot on our phones. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but if a guest needed to conduct business while there, it might be a concern. We had a slight misunderstanding with our check-out, but the owner was in constant communication and was fair and reasonable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely book this property again.

Will Certainly Rent Again
My family and I visited MB for the first time and stayed for eight days at Jon’s and Lindsey’s condo. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable and this was facilitated by our condo. The condo was better than advertised in that it was very spacious, clean, new, and tastefully decorated. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils (and more) that a family of five would need (and want) for a regular day-to-day living. It was centrally located in a safe area and within a five mile radius to everything. Entertainment, SDA Church, shopping (Costco and Walmart included), amusement park, beaches... All of my queries and concerns were attended to by Jon in an almost instantaneous manner. I compared prices for the year with other similar lodgings, and can safely conclude that this condo is an unbeatable bargain. Needless to say, I will most certainly be staying at this condo again if it is available to be rented! Ken

My wife, Lindsey and I bought this condo in October of 2017. We originally started looking as soon as we returned from our 'grown-up' golf retreat down in August of 2016. The weird part was we went to golf and relax never expecting to find ourselves immersed in all-kinds of fun activities. There was only one issue with that scenario. We quickly realized we were lost without the boys - yes, we needed the boys for all this fun. The best part was we weren't in a car for more than 5 minutes before we could actually enjoy the different attractions. And when you have kids, you know how much they appreciate that!! We are so pleased to have found a place to call 'home'. We hope if you choose to visit you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We have two properties in Magnolia Pointe. We own a two bedroom right in the building next door on the second floor. Both are wonderful condos and we call both home. However, we did realize that to have larger space and an even wider view of the grounds, including the pool and golf course, would only benefit the whole family for years to come. We bought this top floor unit because it gave us a chance to put our own spin on what we feel is the perfect getaway. The open layout and larger cathedral ceilings makes the condo feel even bigger too. We love the beach and golf so we tried to implement the feel of the beach into a golfing community. We hope you love it as much as we do. It took a lot of hard work and pain staking shopping to get it where it is today.
