It includes a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two other small bedrooms - all with new queen beds. The kitchen has new stainless appliances and the living/dining room is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. It is perfect for families with kids, couples or friends traveling.

City dwelling

Everything went well with our two night stay at this property. Very close to city center within walking distance. Good restaurants, and coffee shop nearby. Parking right at the door. Quiet neighborhood …. our home was adequately equipped and clean. We will certainly return.

Nice place close to Rupp Arena!

The property was clean and in a nice little tucked in area close to Rupp Arena. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond. He had great suggestions for things to do around town and was very proactive in check in information. I didn’t have to think about anything during our stay!

Great location

Great location for our trip. Apartment definitely needs some updates, repairs, and TLC. Could not use the outdoor space due to broken fence and last fall's leaves on patio. Manager was responsive and helped find us an extra parking spot for our stay. Loved Lexington!

Walking distance to downtown

We chose this condo for it's easy access to downtown. We were on the go a lot so we really used it for sleeping and getting ready to go out. The unit was stocked with all we needed. The parking was easy. We contacted the owner once for missing dishwasher pods and they ran them over to us later that day. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer.

Great location

Townhouse was comfortable, in the historucc neighborhood. The coffeehouse down the street was lovely. We had to drive to other restaurants and attractions. The home was nice for our group of friends.

Georgetown KY 2023 Graduation

The townhouse reeked the smell of old cigarette. Had to go buy plug ins to help with the smell. The microwave door handle was missing completely and it was dirty inside. The townhouse was dusty and unclean.

Great location!

Came for a golf trip and we had a nice stay! Perfect size for 3 adults. Only a 2 minute walk to a distillery and less than a mile to downtown with lots of fun bars and restaurants. No issues with the house other than the beds were not very comfortable. Very good price though….worth it! Host was very accommodating!

Girls Trip

The townhouse was clean and location is very good and safe. We walked to many places and loved the neighborhood. The towels, however, were a disaster...many of them were unusable with large holes/stains. Do feel that this would be an easy but very important fix.

Cozy and nice.

My brothers and myself stayed at this property for the weekend. It was perfect for us as we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There are great restaurants and cool bars very close. Ben was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions.

Great Location!

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and would absolutely stay again. The location is amazing for any events at Rupp and Lexington Brewing Co directly across the street.

Property could use a little help but overall a great value. Although, we anticipated the property to sleep 8 people, and it could not. The couch in the living room does not pull out into a bed.

Location, Location, Location!

Ben's townhouse was in the perfect area for our group to reserve during our 5 day adventure in the Lexington area. He also has another property 2 doors down that our friends were able to reserve. We were walking distance from Rupp Arena, and within a couple of miles to Keeneland and the UK football's Kroger Field. Since our friends also stayed in the complex, it was an easy pickup for the Bourbon Boys who drove us to tour 3 distilleries. The home is definitely a great value over hotel with more room to spread out. Full kitchen had some "extras" like coffee in freezer (we may have lucked out and from previous guest?) and plenty of filters for the full size coffee maker. Also some spices, dishwashing detergent, and plenty of dishes. It has a nice little outdoor area out back with table and chairs. My favorite was the washer/dryer so I could take home clean clothes :-). Showers had plenty of hot water and strong pressure. Communication with Ben before the trip was excellent, as well as with his designated contact for post check out. I would recommend this property and reserve again when we return to the area!

Lexington Weekend

It was a perfect location for us to explore downtown along with being able to go out of town for our family commitments. It was a very comfortable "home away from home" helped by the fact that Ben is a fabulous host. He offered tips and ideas for our visit which helped make it even better.

Sisters getaway

My 2 sisters and I stayed here for the weekend to attend a concert at Lexington Opera House. Townhouse is convenient to everything. We were able to walk to several of our destinations.

The cleaners forgot to come so we were unable to stay. Had to get a hotel at 1130 pm

Not a good impression Cleaners forgot to clean from previous renters I know it happens but it was unfortunate for us. We had to find alternative sleeping arrangements for the night at a local hotel. Still waiting on reimbursement from Vrbo
