Sea Pines Plantation Club Villa # 443 - Bra läge!

Njut av din vistelse i våra två sovrum, två badrum Plantation Club Villa, med utsikt över två golfbanor - det nionde hålet i Atlantic Dunes av Davis Love och det första och 18: e hålet i Heron Point av Pete Dye. Plantation Club har två pooler tillgängliga för alla gäster, vardera med en barnpool. Den närmaste poolen ligger bara 25 meter från vår byggnad.

Villan ligger i den närmaste byggnaden i Plantation Club till den nyrenoverade Sea Pines Beach Club (1/4 mil). Det ligger direkt intill golf på Atlantic Dunes och Heron Point-banorna och det nyrenoverade golfklubbhuset och är en enkel cykeltur till Harbourtown och South Beach. Gå nerför stigen från byggnaden för att hyra cyklar från The Sea Pines Bike Shop och promenera över till klubbhuset för att njuta av Live Oak Restaurant med utsikt över både Atlantic Dunes och Heron Point banor. Det finns miles av stigar och vid stranden för cykling, vandring och jogging. Den säsongsmässiga vagnen är också tillgänglig för att ta dig från plats till plats, med en stopp direkt i fastigheten Plantation Club.

För din semester med total flykt och avkoppling, är villan dekorerad med ett gladlynt tema "vid stranden". Köket har nya rostfria vitvaror, inklusive en fransk dörrkylskåp. Vardagsrummet har HDTV med en video / DVD-spelare, en CD-spelare och trådlöst internet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och HDTV, med privat badrum och omklädningsrum, och det andra sovrummet har två queen sängar och ett separat badrum. Ytterligare sovplatser för två finns på en bäddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet. Du kan packa lätt, för det finns också ett tvättstuga med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Villan ligger på fjärde våningen för optimal utsikt, med enkel hissåtkomst. Sitt på balkongen och titta på cyklisterna åka förbi eller golfare spela igenom, eller helt enkelt observera naturen. Du kommer att vara säker på att njuta av din semester i Hilton Head!

Great location! Kitchen/baths in serious need of remodel

Location is great! Price is somewhat high for how dated the unit is. Kitchen and both bathrooms are in serious need of a complete remodel. Linoleum in kitchen feels out of the 1960’s. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanitories are as old as the condo. Bathtubs and showers should be gutted completely…new tile, new fixtures, new shower/tub enclosures. Mattress in master bedroom should also be replaced. All this being said, the condo is not horrible, just very dated. As stated, the location is great!!

Great location

Close to beach, pretty view of golf course, nice layout for our family of 4. Not fancy but clean and served our needs. Easy to rent bikes (from Sea Pines bike shop, right next door) and bike to nearby attractions. Beach towels would be a nice addition for those who fly in, along with an anchor for the beach umbrella.

In town for wedding at Sea Pines

It was okay for what we needed but I wouldn’t stay there again. The parking was a nightmare as it was open parking and almost impossible to find a spot when we returned from activities. The condo could use some updating, especially the bathrooms.

A pleasant week at the beach

This villa offers a pleasant week at the beach in HHI. Our family was able to walk or ride bikes to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Other times we biked to Harbour Town or South Beach then cooled off in the pool. The villa was stoked with everything we needed.

Pretty View

The view of the golf course was great, the villa is Cute and clean! Was perfect for our family for the long weekend. The sinks, tubs and door locks are not up dated... but was fine! Location is great and super close to Sea Pine Bike Rentals, so easy walk to rent bikes for your stay!

Great location to beach!

We have stayed all over sea pines. This location is close to the beach. 5 min bike ride… if that. The 4th floor overlooks the golf course. Nice balcony for coffee. Bedrooms are a great size. Living space is nice but the wicker furniture isn’t the best for lounging. Kitchen appliances are updated. The condo could use a keypad rather than going to a building 10 mins away to pick ans drop off keys. Overall… Plantiation Club condos is a really nice location.

Loved the location

We enjoyed staying at this condo, the location was perfect and Sea Pines as a while was fabulous. Relaxing and quality restaurants, shops, beaches and people. We will be back.

Overall community nice however building and unit a little run down. Dryer did not function well had to hang clothing. We wished there was info about community so we would have known about harbor town before last day.

Wonderful Hilton Head stay!

My family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head this year! The villa was accurately described and a great space for our family of 5. The location was convenient to all the areas we frequent and we were able to walk to the beach everyday. The Villa had everything we needed and the elevator was an added bonus for all the luggage. Communication was great with the owners as well! We will go back!

Perfect place to vacation

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines! We've been coming to HHI for over 20 years and we had a wonderful time. This condo is only a short 10 minute walk from the beach and we went almost every day. It was perfect for our family, very clean and well appointed. Definitely will plan to return here!

Fantastic site

Great location. Excellent well maintained and spacious resort. Central to everything short bike ride to beach. Can walk to Frasiers and Coast great dining. Short bike ride to Harbour Town and Harris Teeter. Great view of golf course.

Comfortable, clean and love the bright and happy decor. We had everything we needed, including games for rainy days, plenty of towels and even extra beach chairs (these aren't always provided with other Sea Pines rentals). Nice view of the golf course. Would stay again. We had slight issue with the a/c and they contacted us right away to resolve immediately. Thanks for sharing your home.

The villa is near the main three: beach, golf, restaurants

We really enjoyed our week at 443 Plantation Club Villa. It came stocked with all kitchen and living supplies that we needed for the week. After our trip to the grocery store for food, we were set for the whole week. It was very clean and we enjoyed the view. We would consider returning next year.

Nice condo!!! Great location!

Very happy with our stay at this property! It was clean and there are some nice updates to the decor. The bathrooms could use some updating, but they were clean. Overall a great value in Hilton Head and the hosts were very responsive!

Good location and clean

For some reason I thought the unit was on the ground level. It’s on the 4th floor w elevator. I was glad it was not on the ground floor as some normal bugs couldve been there. Parking was not a problem for us in front. It has everything we needed. Wish I knew the filtered water dispenser was available in the refrigerator before I arrived w a gallon from store. Updated modern floor in living room and foyer. Kitchen is outdated and dark but was clean and came w detergent and two dishwasher tablets. Keurig K cup coffee and drip machines weee there. The property manager told me that the office closes at 4 and gave me all the instructions to get to our key etc. when we dropped off the keys at7 am, a lady was just arriving at the same time. Communication and the instructions were very clear. Grocery store and restaurants were just outside the security gate. Smart Roku TV and strong wifi was nice. Wish there was a outlet by Bed sides or extention cord to charge devices. Beach towels would’ve been also nice to have there so we don’t have to go out to buy them as they can take up space in suitcases in air travel. Laundry room had this loud humming noise that never stopped which was annoying to listen to in the living room. Overall it was a good price for this location and the space we needed for two couples.

Not the best start for our trip

The process for picking up the keys and gate pass wasn’t made clear as I didn’t receive an email. The walk to the beach is about a 10 minute walk instead of the stated 4. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to be able to leave the keys in the condo when we left instead of having to return them to Classic Home Care. Not the best start for our trip

The property was okay but it does need some upgrading. Checking in was find but we needed two passes but were only given one. It was a hassle to get the second pass. We ended up paying $22.00 to get the second pass after talking to three different people.

Nice condo, centrally located, This condo was clean and well stocked also has an elevator which is a plus. The pool is very close and nice and the beachclub is not far, about a 10 minute walk. . Bike rental place is right around the corner. We had a very nice time.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The pool is very close and nice. What I noticed most is how quiet and beautiful the entire resort is. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach each morning, and to explore the resort. I will definitely stay here again.
