El complejo Seawind fue construido en 2006. Nuestro condominio es un 3 dormitorios, 2 baños en el piso 7 (unidad # 707). Tenemos 706 al lado, así como para los huéspedes que están de vacaciones con la familia o amigos. Grandes vistas del Golfo de México están disponibles desde el amplio balcón. La unidad está decorada profesionalmente y listo para su disfrute. Sala de estar y dormitorio principal tienen puertas correderas de cristal que conducen a la terraza. La cocina está completamente equipada y cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con encimeras de granito. Llame a Lisa (985) 502-5472, si tiene alguna pregunta sobre el condominio, o ofertas de última hora.

Las características incluyen techos de 9 pies con molduras de corona y pisos de cerámica en cocina, salas y baños. Hay un piso de madera laminada en el dormitorio principal y el salón / comedor. El dormitorio de invitados y el tercer dormitorio con literas tienen alfombra. El condominio está equipado con una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo para su comodidad en la sala de lavandería. Hay una nueva cama King Size y un nuevo colchón híbrido Beautyrest en el dormitorio principal, una nueva cama tamaño queen y un nuevo colchón Sealy Posturepedic Plush Euro Pillowtop en la habitación de invitados, el tercer dormitorio es ideal para niños con camas gemelas literas y sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. El dormitorio principal y sala de estar tienen un televisor de pantalla plana con un DVD, y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una televisión plana y el tercer dormitorio / sala de literas tiene una pequeña televisión también.

El complejo tiene una gran instalación de ejercicio que da al golfo. El condominio también tiene una piscina cubierta / al aire libre, cero entrada piscina para niños y una bañera de hidromasaje y sauna. La propiedad está situada en East Beach Boulevard en Gulf Shores, a sólo 1/2 milla de la autopista 59.

A taste of Heaven

I would stay here again. The cleaning personnel needs to do better but my wife put her touch and made my 5 nights a great experience. We spend a lot of time on the balcony and this condo has a huge balcony! The host was great! I can't wait to get another stay in this very place! See you soon Gulf Shores and Seawind.

Great spot for a family vacation

We had a great experience here. The condo is very nice and comfortable. I appreciated that there was a laundry room where we could store things like our cooler and beach toys so they were out of the way when not in use. We travelled with two young kids and really appreciated the kids area of the pool. The elevator situation isn’t great - there were multiple time when one elevator was not working which only left one elector for the entire building. That made 4-8pm really crazy trying to go up the elevators. But, this is not the worst elevator situation we have encountered. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay at the Gulf Shores

Property has an amazing balcony that overlooks the ocean , it's super clean and the beds were more comfortable than most hotels. The Island Market and Waffle house is just across the street so its really convenient, you won't need to drive your car out just to get some supplies. Host was amazing, great communication and you'll enjoy your stay.

Family vacation

It was a great location to shopping and food and nice beach. The only problem was the elevator stalled and takes forever and only 2 elevators. Also the pools and hot tub was always filled with little kids not teen friendly.

We love The Seawinds

This was our second stay at the property and we love it ! The only draw back is the elevator situation, could definitely use another elevator! The location is great, we do a lot of walking to restaurants and shopping! Nothing better than sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the dolphins!!!

Elevators are not reliable!

The unit was fantastic, but the elevators were very unreliable. We walked up 7 floors of stairs SEVERAL times. The pool and hot tub were overrun with small children, many. unsupervised

Great condo

The condo was great! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was so close to the beach that we could go back and forth from the beach throughout the day. The location was very nice, it was just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Lisa was great and very responsive to any questions before or during our stay and provided several recommendations for local places to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay on all levels. The property managers were delightful and informative and I am very grateful to have found this gem. I will definitely contact them next year and be return guests. 10/10

Beautiful, perfect location but the condo itself was a little outdated.

We traveled down to Gulf Shores for Spring Break 2023 with 5 other families. We were lucky enough to all stay right next to each other in 3 separate condo's... basically 2 families per condo. The location was perfect! The view from the balcony was magical! Inside the condo was ok... but not great. Little things were just annoyances; like the fact that the main balcony door was INCREIDBLY hard to slide open, there were minimal wash clothes in the condo (about enough for 1 person for 1 shower a day, then we had to do laundry), not a whole lot of beach stuff (1 chair that was very well used and a few toys), a flickering light in the master bathroom, and a few other little things that could have made the place better. The kids beds weren't really made when we arrived; they just had a comforter thrown on them and the sheets were in a bag in the corner. The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. With all that said, the other 2 condo's that the other families stayed in were beautiful and well equipped. If we come down again, I would probably just look for a different condo in the same complex or very nearby. We still had a wonderful vacation and like I said, the location couldn't have been better!!!

Gulf shores stay

We loved this condo. It was just what we needed. We had a small issue with one of the showers having hot water. The property owner had it fixed very quickly. Great stay.

Was perfect for our family vacation! Right on the beach with amazing view.

Incredible all around. Beach access was right out the door. When it started raining there was an indoor pool the kids could enjoy! Would book this again in a heartbeat if available for our next trip!

Great, but property maintenance lacking.

Water heater not working properly. Only warm water and only long enough for one shower. (Heating element or thermostat out). Living room table missing hardware making it unstable. Both toilets kept running. Entrance door scraped on floor. Tile needs through cleaning. I would stay again. Mostly giving criticism to help the owners. Seems that only the cleaning crew comes through to do their job between guests.

Convenient and centrally located

Property is in an excellent location with great access to the beach and other businesses. While there can be a wait at the elevator sometimes this was not a big deal at all. Overall we had a great and relaxing time.

Gulf Shores Softball Nationals

We stayed at the Sea Winds 707, it was very clean and perfect fit for our family and friends. Our 10 year old girls play softball and we had Nationals. It was a great experience! Lisa is very quick to respond to any needs!

Parking NIGHTMARE

The condo was nice and as expected but strong warning to all about the parking conditions at the Seawind Complex. The spot are VERY tight and limited. When I say tight I mean unusually tight. At times you could not get the doors open to get in/out so had to find another spot. The other issues is there are more residents then spots. We often came back in the evening to find we had to look for public parking (not free) and extremely difficult. We didn’t go out as often as we wanted because we didn’t want to deal with the nightmare of finding a place to park when we returned. I will never choose this facility again. Not because of condo owner but because of parking. Oh and the elevator situation just added to the frustration. Two elevators that are small and slow. Expect long waits.
