Apartamento bien situado

El apartamento es ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas. Está bien situado cerca de la playa, y bien equipado, incluso tiene aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. Tuvimos un problema con uno de los aparatos d aire y lo solucionaron rápidamente. La terraza es muy grande y también bien equipada. Fabianne muy amable estaba pendiente de todo. Sin duda repetiremos

A very nice appartment with fantastic sea views

Ideal for 2 people rather small kitchen but otherwise fine as most of the time is on the terrace. Single bed could be updated and some of the kitchen utensils are a bit dated.Pool is very clean but it would be nice if the owner supplied some form of chairs or beach chairs. Complirment on Fr Andreu who was most helpful and friendly We would like to come again. Thank you

A fantastic apartment in a great location.

From booking to arriving, the communication was great. Host accommodated an early check in and late check out for us due to flight times. The apartment was exactly as described and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking your own meals. Our only criticism would be the need for some new mattresses as they weren’t particularly comfy. The balcony was a lovely sun trap during the day and the location of the apartment was spot on for the beach, local restaurants and the bus. We would definitely return again, thank you.

Perfect location

Lovely clean well equipped apartment in a great location with a beautiful sea view, pool/garden area and a large sun terrace with loungers. Good communication with the owner/manager. We will definitely return.

Lovely pueblo Diana.. Mojacar

A beautiful setting for our holiday close to beach and next to pool surrounded by flowers. The property was good and easy to book. Mr and Mrs Andrieu met us when we arrived and to collect our keys when we left .. lovely people. The apartment had everything we needed.. we loved it… one negative was the mattress on the double bed which was very uncomfortable and had to be turned over in order for us to sleep Thankyou…we will recommend

March in Mojacar

Lovely apartment in great location. Good communication with agent Fabienne, who spoke perfect English and Fabienne the owner (French). We had a problem with the boiler during our stay . Contacted Fabienne 08-30 it was replaced and working 10-30 .Excellent response. Will definitely stay again Brian

Great apartment

Faience was fantastic she waited and greeted us as our plane was delayed, I can't speak Spanish so Fabienne guided our taxi driver to the apartment. The apartment is lovely well situated and well equipped and sitting on the terrace looking at the view is brilliant

Perfect location with beautiful views

Perfect location and the view is absolutely great. Big terrace with views over the gardens and swimming pool which are beautifully looked after and beyond it a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is well looked after, clean and has everything you need, including a parking spot. 2 mins walk from the beach and restaurants, bars and local amenities. The only negative thing, there was a smell of cigarette in the flat (neither of us smoke) which was noticeable and should perhaps be addressed.

Casi perfecto, muy buen alojamiento

La ubicación perfecta si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas, lejos de la zona de marcha pero con restaurantes y tiendas cerca. La urbanización pequeña y familiar, nada de grupos de jóvenes ni botellones. La piscina limpia y tranquila, con un jardín bien cuidado con césped natural. La playa a 100m, aparcamiento en la misma puerta de la casa, en una calle sin tráfico. El apartamento en si muy bien, con una terraza genial con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Geniales las cenas al fresquito. Lo que a nosotros nos ha defraudado, y por ello decimos "casi perfecto", es el tema del aire acondicionado. No hay máquina en el salón, y aunque hay una en cada dormitorio, tienes que tenerlas encendidas las dos todo el día para intentar que llegue un poco de fresquito al salón. Hemos estado en pleno verano, con ola de calor incluida y se ha echado de menos un aire acondicionado en el salón/cocina para refrescar el piso rápido cuando llegas de la calle con todo el calor. Por lo demás todo genial. Gracias por todo!
