Questa bella casa sul lungomare Oscoda si trova sulla spiaggia di sabbia di zucchero del Lago Huron con 60 piedi di facciata. La splendida spiaggia del lago Huron e le splendide albe offrono alle famiglie una vacanza tranquilla. Rilassati all'ombra sotto il nostro ponte coperto o crogiolatevi al sole sulla spiaggia!

La casa sulla spiaggia comprende una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, camera familiare con camino in pietra a gas, mudroom con lavatrice e asciugatrice, 2 bagni e 3 camere da letto (# 1 maestro con la regina; # 2 camera da letto con 2 gemelli; / doppia a castello, più un divano estraibile).

Esci da una delle tre grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro su un ampio ponte composito parzialmente coperto. Da lì si entra nella spiaggia di sabbia di zucchero e poi a piedi nelle splendide acque poco profonde del Lago Huron. Il ponte è anche dotato di una doccia esterna.

Il lato della strada della casa ha una grande area erbosa, quindi c'è un sacco di spazio per giochi da giardino e c'è un canestro adiacente al vialetto.

La posizione è a 2 miglia a sud di Oscoda, che ha il suo parco pubblico (compreso parco giochi e spiaggia), ristoranti, gelaterie, bowling, putt-putt, negozi e un cinema. A circa 9 miglia a sud c'è East Tawas con una grande arena, moltitudini di ristoranti, negozi e molto altro ancora! La casa è anche a pochi minuti dalla canoa, golf, shopping, piste ciclabili, raccolta di bacche e numerose attrazioni turistiche (Lumberman's Monument, Eagle's Nest Overlooks, Iargo Springs, Canoer's Memorial, Tawas Point Lighthouse, e altri).

Servizi: pozzo del fuoco sulla spiaggia con sedie, doccia esterna, pallavolo, basket, grill a gas e mobili da pranzo all'aperto.

Family Room: Wifi TV e internet wireless.

Cucina: microonde, frigorifero, piano cottura / forno, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè Keurig, frullatore, piatti, pentole e padelle, bicchieri, posate e altro ancora.

Lavasciuga. I pavimenti delle camere da letto, gli elettrodomestici, i mobili e l'ampio ponte composito e lo sbalzo sono tutti nuovi a partire dal 2015. Tutto è fresco, pulito e pronto per essere gustato!

Si prega di notare **** Noi in genere affittiamo per la settimana, da Sabato a Sabato. Abbiamo alcune eccezioni ... per favore guarda il calendario. Se ci sono blocchi di giorni aperti che sono meno di 7 giorni (ad esempio lunedì-venerdì, 4 notti) saremo probabilmente in grado di ospitare il soggiorno più breve se si affitta l'intero blocco. Si prega di controllare il calendario per la disponibilità attuale.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful location. We had two families of four who stayed and the kids had such a great time splashing in the water and loved being able to clean up in the outside shower. Hope to return next year!

Perfect Family Getaway

We LOVED this house and the beautiful beachfront property. Our kids had the best time - meals and games on the beautiful back deck, swimming and playing in the sand, fun trips to putt putt and downtown Tawas, s’mores at night. I could go on and on. I’d be remiss not to mention the AMAZING neighbors next door who were so kind in offering suggestions on where to go and what to do and my kids adored their kids/grandkids. We really hope to be back next year!

Very private beach house that is well stocked with everything a vacationing family would need. Beautiful private beach with awesome views of Lake Huron. Elizabeth (the owner) was very nice and easy to work with.

Great family stay!

Beautiful home amd fantastic location. Clean as a whistle! We enjoyed walking on the beach and easy access to town. Kitchen and home are fully stocked. Lake Huron is beautiful and sparkling clear, we had our own polar plunge!! Great stay and we would rent again.

The entire process for running this property was easy. The house was wonderful and leaving a gift basket along with a book of activities, restaurants and things to do!

Wonderful beach house

This vacation home is clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved watching the amazing sunrises from the master bedroom and the wonderful covered deck. The water was accessible and it has a great swimming beach. Beth was very accommodating and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next summer.

Can’t beat this view!

House was clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. The back deck is an incredible place to relax and enjoy the water. House was extremely comfortable. We cooked in each night. Sunrises are spectacular! If you are in the area - this is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful & clean and Beth was very helpful. Our only complaint is that we didn't have any beach because of the rising lake waters, but that's obviously out of the tenants control. I would definitely like to return.

Perfect Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our time at this house. The location was perfect. My kids spent hours running up and down the beach and building sand castles. We made so many amazing memories here including our baby crawling for the first time. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. Beth was quick to answer any questions we had and genuinely cared that we had an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Six of our family enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful home right on Lake Huron. The first time in 2022. The deck is wonderful ! We had all our dinners there! The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared all meals . It was hard to leave such a beautiful setting. We enjoyed lots of beach time, kayaking, swimming. Weather was mostly sunny which allowed us to be outside most of the time. The only con was lack of drawer space in the bedrooms! That won’t keep us from booking though. A great enjoyable and restful week! We hope to return next year!

Location, location, location

If you're looking to be close to the water, this is the place. Beautiful house directly on the water with an excellent deck for lounging and dining. House is fully equipped. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of a few minor cleaning issues. I would still recommend staying here.

Fabulous private lakefront home

My family of 8 had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The water was crystal clear, the sandy area, although smaller than it normally is, was perfect for my daughters to play in, the outdoor covered dining table with incredible views was used nightly and the open floor plan worked well for our family of 8. Beth was very responsive to all my questions in preparation for our trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a wonderful place!

The house was so clean and decorated so beautifully, but then you saw the gorgeous deck and view of Lake Huron. It was so relaxing. We struggled with operation of the TV/remote, but managed to have an absolutely wonderful time. The kitchen was spectacular. Did I mention the beautiful lake? We felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves. Make sure to go out after midnight and look at the stars. AMAZING! Would go back in a heartbeat!

The Perfect Waterfront Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time at this lake house! The views were incredible, the house was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped! There was nothing that we needed that was not available to us. Close to grocery stores and a few sites of Oscoda. There is nothing more relaxing than listening to the waves as the background to a bonfire!! Property owner is extremely responsive, and a pleasure to work with! We will definitely rent this home again in the future!

Friends weekend

Four old friends got together here for a long weekend. I love to cook so we spent most of the time in the house cooking, eating, and laughing. :). We did try to go out for dinner one night and the selection of restaurants here is quite limited. The home is beautiful and the waterfront view and outdoor space is spectacular! We had a wonderful time.

Loved every single minute! Just wish I had more time there. The house is beautiful, pics just don't do it justice. Laying in bed listening to the waves was the best sleep aid EVER! Explored Oscoda and Tawas. The weather was not what I hoped for but exploring was fun. We had a bonfire and sipped some wine. Just an excellent experience

Amazing house!!

We had the best weekend at this property! The house is beautiful and was very clean! One surprise was that there is access to the water, so you can swim. I thought it was directly on the water with a rock wall, but you have an amazing beach, just adds more to the experience! Also, the deck is beautiful (and huge), our whole family basically lived on it the whole weekend. The house is stocked with essentials so it makes for an easy stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and she was very responsive to questions and helpful information. We had the perfect weekend & will be back!

Million dollar view

Just what the Dr ordered. The view alone was outstanding. The location between East Tawas and Oscoda was perfect. After reading reviews about the master bed being a little hard, we brought our own foam mattress toppers and slept like rocks. Looking out from the house makes you feel like your floating on the water and it looks like a beautiful painting. Listening to the waves never got old. Thank you for opening up your home for this much needed getaway.

Our family of five lives in mid-Michigan, and we thoroughly enjoy living and playing in this great State throughout each of its four seasons. We ski in the winter, and in the hot summer months, relaxing at a beach and playing in the beautiful waters is a must. We had always wanted to rent or stay at a place where you can open the door and walk right onto the beach. It still seems like a dream that we now are owners of such a beautiful place! It is simply our favorite getaway, and we are so happy to share it with others! Also, in the autumn, the nearby attractions are sensational. The colors are in abundance and our favorite place to view them is along the River Road Scenic Byway by the Au Sable River. Simply breathtaking!

We fell in love with this beach house when we first saw it and are absolutely thrilled to be its owners. As soon as you step foot within, the outside is calling your name. The multiple large sliding glass doors beckon you outside onto the expansive composite deck. From there, you walk onto the beautiful sugar sand beach, with the clear and sparkling Lake Huron waters just steps away. The beach house itself was remodeled in 2014-2015, and is fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated. The composite deck is partially covered so you can still enjoy the beautiful outdoors while taking a break from the sun's rays. Listen to the waves, relax, or play in this piece of Pure Michigan paradise! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The beach house is located directly on Lake Huron and has phenomenal sunrise views. Enjoy the serenity of this gorgeous home and beach from inside, on the expansive partially covered deck, or directly on the sand itself. You can dine outside under the covered deck and clean off the day in our outside shower. While the inside of the home is absolutely beautiful, truly the outside living area is the gem of this property.
