Denna 2-sovrum, 2-badrum på andra våningen Bayside hörn svit rymmer bekvämt upp till 6 gäster. Stora fönster omger de ljusa och rymliga ändenheten på 1260 kvadratmeter som är utrustade med keramiska klinkergolv överallt. Vardagsrummet har bekväma läderplatser med en ny 55 ”4K Ultra HD Smart TV, med Bluetooth-baserat hemmabiosystem. HD-kabel-TV-service inkluderar DVR, gratis HBO och säkert höghastighets Wi-Fi-internet.
Köket är utrustat med apparater i full storlek - kylsk��p plus ismaskin, elektrisk räckvidd, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Skåpen är välfyllda med köksredskap - grytor / kokkärl, disk, köksredskap och glas. Praktiska små apparater inkluderar blandare, citrusjuice, handblandare, brödrost, Keurig kaffebryggare samt en vanlig kaffebryggare. Det öppna köket med gott om utrymme åtföljs av tre stoppade bänkstolar och ligger intill matplatsen med ett utbyggbart bord och generösa sittplatser för 6.
Två sovrum med liknande storlek är välutrustade för gästkomfort och har nya madrasser (december 2017), storskärms-TV och takfläkt. Kungens sovrum har en king-sized Novaform 14 ”Gel Memory Foam madrass och en 40” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Gäst sovrummet har 2 Queen Size Novaform 14 ”Gel Memory Foam madrasser och en 42” HD-TV med platt skärm. Varje sovrum har angränsande badrum med en enda handfat och kombination av dusch / badkar och en stor klädkammare. En sovstol i La-Z-Boy med en ny dubbelsängmadrass (december 2017) ger ett extra sovm��jlighet i vardagsrummet.
Den täckta uteplatsbalkongen är möblerad med stolar och sidobord för att koppla av och njuta av de varma tropiska vindarna. Gästerna kan komma åt den täckta uteplatsen balkongen från antingen uppsättning skjutdörrar som leder från vardagsrummet eller dubbelrum. Great accommodations and location

Everything was just as described. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. They even provided beach chairs and an umbrella.

Great vacation spot!

The in unit laundry was a huge plus!Even having sand chairs that were way more comfortable than the chairs at the beach was great! The condo was big and bright and the beds were comfortable. Awesome rental on crescent beach in Siesta Key

This unit has everything you need and more! Very spacious corner unit with lots of windows and sleeping spaces. A lot of comfy seating in the living room . Nice TVs throughout. Kitchen has all the dishes , appliances and tools to prepare meals. The unit has plenty of hooks in bathrooms, closets in foyer to hang all the hats, bathing suits, towels which I find is always lacking in most places . Then to our surprise there was also a bunch of beach chairs, umbrella , ice chests and a couple of pool noodles . The complex is nice and everyone was very friendly . We would definitely consider staying here again!

Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Palm Bay for 33 years in August ,seen many changes not a particular fan of the gates,but understand the need for them.I was very disappointed that the elevators were down on the bay side ,when the rental agreement clearly said work to begin in January of 2024 and this was August of 2023 other than that everything was great.Really like the unit which have rented the last 2years.

Disappointed This Year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've come down to the Palm Bay Club for 14 years and the staff and amenities are always spot on! This particular unit we've rented for the last 5 years which is large enough for 6 women! Unfortunately this year, the condo owner installed a Nest thermostat which they controlled and we had to ask the front office to contact the owner as 75 degrees wasn't cool enough. Even the maintenance staff said they've seen other owner controlled temperatures in other condos but it's usually a low of 68 degrees. He even thought 75 degrees wasn't low enough. Night time seemed hotter than 75. After several calls to the front office to call the condo owner, we were able to get it to 72 degrees but it didn't stay that way for our entire stay. This unit was our choice pick but we all agreed that paying $280 a night, we should be able to have the thermostat changed without making multiple calls and probably won't be back in this unit next year! We were all sadly disappointed. Palm Bay Club is a great place to stay but NOT in unit #364!!!!

Amazing water

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros- location of condo complex was great. The actual unit was on the bay side which we knew. Plenty of parking. Seamless Check in/check out. Kitchen had all the appliances. Cons- noisy bc unit faces main road. Balcony faces street. No hot water in one of the bathrooms!!! Tubs were pretty dirty. Shower curtains moldy . Ants in the kitchen cabinets and counters . No beach towels- very bizzare. We ended up using the towels that were on the bed as beach towels , so had to do laundry a couple times just to have a clean towel to bathe with. There was no normal amenity as other rentals. Had to buy detergent though. For example, no salt and pepper?? No paper towels?? Normal conveniences, especially if staying with kids, were missing. Was able to doordash necessities though. Would not stay at this unit again. Would stay at this property though.

Palm Bay - Bayside Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Palm Bay Resort is very nice. It is centrally located and has a beautiful well kept section of beach. The Unit upon arrival left a little to be desired. The bedroom furnishings were dated. The floor, even on the first day was not well cleaned, the bathrooms show significant signs of wear from use and from moisture. Staff was quick to resolve a wi-fi issue that we had.

The rental does need updating & fresh coat of paint. Since it was a corner unit, we had plenty of natural light but the constant traffic noise was a deterrent to sitting on porch. Traffic noise was even noticeable in the unit at times.

Wonderful unit

We loved our stay in Siesta Key. Unit had games, fully stocked kitchen, umbrella for the beach and much more! There was plenty of room to spread out, we were close to the beach and pools, and loved being in a central location.

Great Place by the Beach

Enjoyed our stay. Place was perfect for our family. Was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Clean and close to both pools and beach. Extra bonus that it had beach chairs and buckets. Highly recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say overall the unit is nice....not updated bathrooms. The beds need replaced along with the pillows Also there was NO bottle opener!!! Do not expect to be greeted warmly. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor. When I told them I did not receive a laundry card and wanted to make sure there was a note stating that fact....They staff would not provide anything stating that and were rude about it. I did not want to have a fine as it was clearly stated that if you did not return the laundry card you would be fined. The pools are extremely deep for little ones just beware.
