Oceanfront byhus har 3 soveværelser og 2 1/2 badeværelser. Direkte havudsigt fra oceanfront dæk og nem adgang til stranden via boardwalk udelukkende til townhome enhedsejere. Professionelt indrettet med fuldt udstyret køkken med granit bordplader, rustfrit stål apparater og opvaskemaskine. Denne enhed har 4 kabel-tv inklusive en 48 tommer HDTV i opholdsstue og trådløst højhastigheds internet. Der er en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler på hovedetagen, en lukket h / c udendørs bruser og en gasgrill. Master soveværelse på øverste niveau har en kingsize seng og privat master badeværelse. Der er to mere øverste soveværelser med en dronning i et værelse og en dobbelt køjeseng i den anden (twin på toppen og dobbelt på bunden). Opholdsstue har en dobbel sovesofa. Ingen kæledyr. Welcoming for Grayson

The impromptu trip to Indian Beach was brought about by my future daughter-in and son’s birthing of their son, my first grandchild. I contacted the host to see if an early check in was available, they confirmed and i made the reservation. We arrived to the home and were very pleased. The view from the living room is amazing. The back deck, is well furnished for a large group and the proximity to the waterfront is fantastic. The kitchen provided for good meal preparation and again the view enhanced the enjoyment of a good wine while cooking. The three bedrooms on the upper level are comfortable and the beds themselves provide a good nights rest. A very short walk out to the beach afforded us quick access to the beach and some much needed time together. Of course the reason for the stay was primarily to celebrate our new grandson and his parents on the beautiful addition to their family and the stay at this beautiful home gave us all the more reason to celebrate family.

Perfect Beach Spot

Property was great. Beds and linens were great. Beautiful spot on the balcony to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Excellent communication and everything we would need was there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. I felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the property.

Snowmen and seashells

We enjoyed time away from home and an interesting time at the beach. Left over snow and quiet beaches. Both the location and home met our needs perfectly.

Best location and home

I cannot say enough about how special this property is. It was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the view was gorgeous! The kitchen was stocked with the best cookware I have experienced.. The sectional was super comfy and had a great view of the sunsets over the ocean. We will be staying here again!

Indian beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Janice was so easy to communicate with when we had questions. The place is very clean and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee! Would recommend to anyone visiting Indian Beach/Emerald Isle!

Felt like home!

I honestly can not say enough good things about this place! The view is incredible and we spent hours simply taking it all in. The home was beyond well stocked, with the addition of a ton of extra big and little touches and supplies that not only simplified our stay but made it feel even more like home. It was so clean, and the decor is beautiful and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable too! We all remarked multiple times how much we loved where we were staying, and how we would love to come back! We spent the entire stay filled with gratitude. An amazing stay in every way, with an incredible host!

Beautiful View

The view from the deck is spectacular! Quiet and peaceful area. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were able to check in early and check out later than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Host was very communicative and responsive. We would like to come back soon!

We didn't want to leave!

After a small misunderstanding, Janice was so helpful and the problem got solved fast. The townhome is so beautiful and has everything you need. It was impeccably clean! I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so well stocked. My sister even made french press coffee! We took full advantage of the boogie boards and all of the beach furniture. All 6 of us loved the location, the views and gorgeous townhome. Drinking coffee on the deck watching dolphins, searching for shells and watching sunsets were an everyday occurrence. I would highly recommend it and I hope to be back.

Sea Ridge Vrbo review

The condo was great! Only negative was the 3 flights of stairs. Evidently, the prior guests left the place in shambles requiring the cleaner to take extra time to clean/prepare the condo for our stay. We arrived at the condo at approximately 2:45 pm while cleaning service was still working. We were delayed by approximately 1 1/2 hours before check-in because of late completion of preparation.

Beyond all expectations

Great location with a beautiful ocean view and lovely, comfortable accommodations. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. Our host, Janice, was extremely helpful and friendly. Our time there could not have worked out more perfectly or have been more enjoyable. So glad we found this place. It was worth the trip from Texas and Alabama.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Janice's townhome! The location was fantastic - steps from the beach and very quiet. The home had anything you could possibly need! A washer and dryer in the home, an amazingly well equipped kitchen to extra beach towels. Janice was wonderful to work with.

The property was clean and located is nice quiet neighborhood. Access to the beach was easy due to the boardwalk and close proximity to the beach. Covered parking for 1 vehicle was sufficient for larger vehicles and made loading and unloading that much easier. If your looking to stay in the area this is a property to have on your list.

Over Too Soon!

Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indian Beach. The unit was clean and well-stocked with linens, kitchenware, and beach accessories. The owner, Janice, has thought of everything that you might need on your vacation. The location was ideal. There are many great restaurants within easy driving distance. The beach itself was wonderful. We are blessed to have the Crystal Coast in NC! Communication was prompt and easy. We would heartily recommend this unit.

Wonderful experience

This was our first time visiting the area and this place was perfect for our family of 4. The unit had everything we could want and more. It was clean, modern, and was well stocked. We had plenty of space and the views were amazing with easy access to the beach, which was quiet and peaceful. Janice was very responsive. Would book again in a heartbeat!

All the extras

This property was absolutely gorgeous. With the ocean front deck and wildlife to the perfect place on the island and then all the extras included that are not mentioned, from toys to games to kitchen pantry and cookware to extra blankets and pillows...we had eveything we needed for a wonderful stay. I hope to be back that way soon and will definately try to book this townhome again.

FIVE STARS all the way!

I highly recommend this amazing beachfront property! Directions and all communication from Janice were excellent and instructions for the check in and check out process were clear and concise. The unit was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The ocean is literally steps away and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning drinking coffee and spotting dolphins. We were so lucky to find this place and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Janice for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back!

Easter Vacation

The property is well appointed and very clean. We loved the location. My concern was the listing indicated there were bunks beds in the third bedroom. They had been replaced with a queen/full bed with a trundle. This was never corrected in the listing. We made it work but it was not ideal for my grown granddaughters. Also there are only 2 1/2 baths - not 3. We liked everything else but I wouldn’t have booked this unit had I been aware of the bed change. The owner was very responsive and I told her we would make it work.
