With over 1,600 square feet of interior space and huge covered balcony space, you have all the room you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. This Modern Condo has been professionally and impeccably decorated. The Condo's stunning Oceanfront location, is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping!

Modern Condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6+ people:

**Master Suite: Has a King Bed / Direct balcony access / Direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the beach and pool areas / The ensuite bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities / Granite and tile throughout.

**Second Suite: Has a Queen Bed / Private Bath / Stunning Bay views.

**Third Suite: Has a King Bed / Semi Private Bath that is also accessible to other Guests via the hallway next to the laundry room.

**Living Area: updating pull out sofa to a new leather sofa, love seat and ottoman.

Property was nice. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The frig didn’t get very cold but was cold enough to keep food ok. Ice maker was a big plus. Short distance to the beach was nice. Elevators were awesome… very little wait time in comparison to bigger complexes like Phoenix where you can wait 40 min for an elevator. All in all, great weather and nice stay. Master Bedroom was nice but other 2 rooms were on the small side….for those who put air mattresses for their kids by their beds…cannot do it … no room. BBQ pit on each balcony is awesome! Would stay at Beach Club again but at a bigger condo.

Wedding Weekend
We were there for my son’s wedding - 6 adults stayed in the unit. PLENTY of space; very comfortable- excellent location. Was very impressed with the kitchen- well stocked, organized and CLEAN! Only negative (and it’s really no biggie) but there were no empty cabinets for food. We just had to leave food out on counter. Also- may need new couch soon. Would highly recommend this unit.

My Favorite Beach Condo
Sunset Blues is absolutely amazing. The view is beyond awesome, the condo is beautifully appointed, and the owners are quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was effortless. It is a wonderful vacation spot in many ways! Seeing the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular. Actually, seeing anything from the balcony is spectacular! We have rented here before and we will certainly be back.

We loved the place. Everything was perfect. Great layout, huge patio and grill!! The indoor pool option is very nice!! The only thing I would recommend is more comfortable mattresses and couch. We will be back to beach club!

I didn’t agree about the price at first but now I know why. If you want true convenience, best views & very clean experience, you need to get this place. I use to live in Pensacola and I never experience a view like this. There’s 20 floors and this one is on the 19th. It was right smack on the premier section of Pensacola beach. Walking distance to everything! Amazing experience. Also, you check in like a hotel. So convenient.

A wonderful week
Marianita was a great hostess for our family getaway. Their condo is lovely and we especially enjoyed the veranda and seeing/hearing the ocean. Very relaxing. Well appointed kitchen as we cooked in most nights. Our 6 mos old grandson’s first trip and first time seeing the beach and being in a pool. He was mesmerized and loved it. Nothing like seeing the world through a child’s eyes. Definitely recommend this property.

What a lovely, comfortable condo . We loved our time here. Beautiful views and huge patio. Would book again in a minute! Enjoyed the welcome basket on our arrival! This was a very beautiful property, it was roomy and comfortable. They had lots of activities ( games) for the kids. It was relatively central yet out of the main area. Communication was phenomenal and everything was smooth.

Amazing Property!
What a great experience! The condo / property was even more breathtaking in person than in the listing photos - it was very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. All instructions and communications with the owners and property managers was helpful and timely. And the welcome snacks and personalized gift was such a thoughtful touch. My family has stayed in many vacation rental properties over the years and this was by far the best overall experience we’ve had to date. Well done! We will be back.

A Gorgeous Condo on the Beach

Best View & Condo at Beach Club Pensacola Beach
This is a wonderful condo. The owners have gone out of their way to make a guest’s vacation time hassle free, extremely comfortable and fun for all. Beds are superb, truly. The kitchen is equipped with all of pots & pans, knives, dishes, glassware, silverware etc. And not inexpensive items, top notch. The balcony has very comfortable chairs & sofa with a large table and setting. The VIEW the best! The kites fly perpendicular to the balcony. Morning, noon and night someone was out on the balcony. The condo is equipment with 4 beach chairs & umbrella plus 2 coupons for beach chairs & umbrellas located on beach front. What a deal!! The owners very generously left 4 beach towels for us to use as well. Made it so nice for those that flew. So much to mention but suffice it to say that you will not be disappointed. Finally the welcome tray is loaded with goodies but also items that newly arrived guests always require prior to a shopping trip. What a life saver for our first morning. Great value, beautiful condo at the best Pensacola Beach condo plex. Thank you!!!

Absolutely gorgeous condo! The owners were very responsive, any issues we had were corrected very quickly. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The owners also left a personalized gift and snacks for us, so very thoughtful and definitely a first for us. We’ve already booked this beautiful condo for next year!

We enjoyed the location, easy access to everything, pool, beach, shopping.
Everything was great, we enjoyed the condo. Very spacious for our needs. We had no problems checking in Everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the refrigerator had an oder, a fishy smell. We wipes it down with some clorox wipes and put a box of baking soda in there but the smell was still there. I let the owner know and he sent housekeeping to clean it . It was ok for a day but you could still smell it. Wr were leaving the next day. One more thing was I couldn't get the jets to work in the master bathroom. Overall it was a great place and all the staff were very friendly.

Perfect rental with all the amenities plus extras to make your stay even more special! The view is perfect and the balcony is very relaxing with the plush outdoor furniture. The hosts have well thought out the needs to your stay ( even personalized with your favorite’s) plus they are easily accessible to answer any questions & concerns. Very family oriented and the complex to satisfy your needs. Don’t think twice it’s worth the stay. Thank you for making our family of five and a baby vacation memorable and will definitely be back.

Family Vacation
We had the best time in this condo! The view was absolutely amazing on the balcony. Condo was very clean and spacious. 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were set up for us each day free of charge which was so nice. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. I recommend eating at Flounders. If you have small children you should bring cups for them because there was only glassware in the unit. We left the flashlights we purchased in the condo for future visitors to hunt crabs on the beach! The only complaint I have was that we were only given 1 key fob for access and we had 4 adults. If you didn’t have the key fob you had to manually enter codes to get into the exterior gate, building door, elevator, pool, etc. I loved that everything was so secure but 1 fob for 4 adults was a pain. Overall we would definitely stay there again if we return to Pensacola!

Absolutely Amazing!!!
I live in downtown Pensacola & wanted a place on the beach for my Birthday weekend. This place exceeded all of my expectations…and then some! The owners are super sweet & we’re in contact as needed. They even had a welcome tray full of snacks & goodies in our room upon arrival. The check-in & check-out process was absolutely seamless. The condo itself was beyond stunning & very clean. We are already looking at fall dates to come back to this gorgeous condo. Thanks for a wonderful time! 5 stars all around!!
