Hermoso condominio de 2 recamaras y 5 baños en Bocilla Island Club. Localizado en Bokeelia, Pine Island en la Costa del Golfo de Florida. Condominio viene con muelle en puerto deportivo protegido para barcos de hasta 36 pies. El condominio recientemente remodelado está a unos 100 pies de distancia del muelle. Hay 2 grandes piscinas climatizadas, casas club, canchas de tenis y shuffle board. Hay un muelle privado de 400 pies con vista al puerto de Charlotte para pescar, ver a los delfines cruzar o simplemente contemplar los increíbles amaneceres y puestas de sol de Bokeelia. Very comfortable accommodations with easy access

Very quiet and good fishing area with our boat. Great weather with a beautiful breeze. Unfortunately getting to the property there is still lots of signs of left over hurricane destruction. It’s sad to see what Mother Nature can do. We were happy to patronize the restaurants and stores on the island. Only downfall if your handicapped this is not accommodating. Although realized there were steps it got to be hard for my husbands bad knees.. we recommend this property

Relaxing

The place was very clean and relaxing. Great views and fantastic facilities. Brand new fishing pier with 10/10 sunset views. Not to mention the dolphins and manatees swimming right around the docks. Great place and our family enjoyed every minute of it.

Great Access to Fishing

Clean accommodations close to the marina and dock access. We spent most of our time on the water, but the condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed.

Loved the location, property was as advertised and clean. Surrounding grounds were well maintained. Communication with Joevwas great. Neighbors were very friendly. If you like fishing it’s a great spot for that too. Highly recommend!

Nice rental

Joe was very quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. The complex was very nice and quiet. My teen was excited to find the tennis rackets in the closet so he could play.

We found everything as represented. The unit was clean and fresh when we arrived. We used it mostly as extra bedrooms as we were staying nearby. The TV etc. all worked fine. Joe the owner was in constant contact during the week and we had zero issues with the place. Would certainly consider renting again.

Bokeelia is nice

Bocilla Island Club is a nice place to stay. Met a lot of nice people. Lots of work being done to repair hurricane damage. Workers really tried to not be overly disruptive and were very nice. When communicating with Joe he was very responsive.

Great Location

The unit is a short distance from both heated pools yet the landscaping surrounding the condo provides privacy. Everyone was friendly and the lanai was a perfect place to relax and drink my coffee in the morning. Joe was easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions I had. I was able to take the two-person kayak out by myself and explore the coastline. It was stable and easy to manage although I didn't have a second person with me. The unit itself was properly stocked and I felt right at home. I would definitely return.

Disappointed

We were thrilled to get a rental in a beautiful neighborhood with so many amenities. When we arrived we were disappointed to first, smell a stench that seemed to be from prior renters. Like they never cracked a window or cleaned. The patio furniture was old and worn. There were toenail clippings by the TV. There were empty contact vile as a well as gum wrapper on the table. We headed upstairs to the bunk room that would be ours. The bedding was thrown over the sheets. They appeared to be slept in and not clean. They looked, felt and smelled dirty. We stripped the 2 bottom beds that we would be sleeping in and washed them. The bathroom sink and shower had old bars of soap in the dishes with soap scum in the dishes. The shower also had empty shampoo and conditioner bottles as well as old shampoo and conditioner bottles. There was trash in the master bathroom garbage can. The towels were old and stained and were put in the closet sloppy. We also washed those before we used them. The master bedroom sheets and towels were the same. They needed stripped and washed before they could be used. There was hair in the master tub and hair in the drawers of the bunk room as well. The fridge had sticky stuff on the second from top shelf. I should have called the owner as he was very nice to work with, but we really just didn’t want to waste any time. We were on a time constraint. It was easier to clean and know it was clean. It’s obvious the owner is not onsite and relies on others to maintain his property. We are on our late 50’s and have stayed in many VRBO’s as well as our friends who stayed with us. They have VRBO properties in OH and consistently get 5 star ratings. Both couples agreed this is the was one we wouldn’t stay in again. Such a shame the owner was very nice. I should have called him. I’m sure it would have been a different experience

Awesome place

We loved the place, we were supposed to check in on Saturday. Instead we came on Sunday and stayed until Monday. The weather wasn’t very good for fishing, very windy. We ended up just staying two nights out of the seven. No fault of of yours. It is beautiful and loved the private pier.
