Beläget vid Scott Beach vid Compass Point två minuters promenad till stranden. 2 sovrum 1 badrum, sova 4, luftkonditionering, el-räckvidd, mikrovågsugn, granitplattor, kylskåp, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, maträtt TV "Wifi. Har en stor backup generator (Huset är fullt drivet 24/7). Off-street parkering, fullt möblerad. Mycket tyst, säker och vänlig grannehuvud.

Översikt över grannskapet .......
Fastigheten ligger på en privat gata bort från huvudvägen så det finns inga trafikbuller, alla säkra och vänliga grannskap, det finns 4 hus på min gata och jag ägde två av dem, jag bor i på över gatan så jag är alltid tillgänglig om min gäst behöver mig. Det ligger nära vattnet bara 2 minuters promenad till stranden.

Att komma runt
Du kan ta en taxi till var som helst du behöver åka på ön men det blir väldigt dyrt, jag rekommenderar starkt att hyra en bil så att du kan gå vart du vill och när du vill. Vi har ett familjeägt hyrbil och vi erbjuder våra gäster upp till 15% rabatt på hyrbilar. Gäst kan också ta våra bilar till St John på bilpraman från Red Hook för att besöka och utforska stränderna och parkerna i St John.

Vi har också en 125 kW automatisk generator som är nödvändig i Jungfruöarna. Om du hyr en plats utan en generator och strömmen går ut har du inte Running Water, Wifi, Toaletter, Fläktar, T.V, Duschar, etc.

Very clean place

Overall an excellent stay here although the water heater is shared with other tenants. Water only was warm and never hot. Wife wasn’t too happy about not hot shower water. Other than the water heater issue this place is awesome! AC’s work great, generator started instantly and ran one night on a brief power outage , place was spotless and comfy!

Relaxing stay at Scott Beach Villas

Clean, convenient, roomy stay in unit 2. Our host Dexter was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We rented our car from Dexter which was most convenient.

Home away from home

We had a great time at this location with Dexter taking us in like extended family and all other residents in their apartments had like temperments and fun vibes. The apartments had wonderful views and were very close for walkimg to market and cafe. Taxis were affordable and dexter fave us the option to rent very nice vehicles. We will be returning

Great property

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom and worked out great. There was 5 of us, so my daughter used the pull out. That was what you expect from a pull out couch, but there was an air mattress available. The hosr was very responsive. Loved that there was a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. Property was clean. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. Yhe ac worked great! Hope to visit again!

Wonderful condo, wonderful owner! The place was spotless upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo. The only drawback was it wasn’t within walking distance to anything. Otherwise, it was perfect for my children and I.

Great 1st visit to the VI!

We had a great stay! Our only problem was trying to find the place. We clicked on the google maps link that was provided but it didn’t take us to the condo. The link had us driving all over the place. Dexter was easy to get a hold of and he told us that we needed to actually open google maps and type in “Scott Beach Villas”. Piece of cake after that. Highly recommend renting a car and renting one through Dexter. Very easy to do and so convenient!

Dexter was a great host. The house was immaculate and perfect for our stay with the kids. Safe and clean. They have plenty of towels for beach and shower and make up towels as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash- also snorkeling gear - beach chairs and coolers. We had already bought all that prior to arriving at our stay unknowingly. But it’s def good to know for the next trip. I will def consider this place again for our next stay. The AC is perfect - TV in living room and rooms. Nothing bad to say about this place - wish there were more like these on the island. Def on the top. Good views also. Thank you Dexter for your hospitality you have a gem with these homes.

The property was beautiful with a great view. It was nice and clean and came equipped with a washer dryer and snorkeling gear. I rented a car from Dexter and he took good care of us.

Great stay in Scott Beach

The property was excellent and VERY clean. I agree with other reviews that driving into the area does look a little sketchy but once at the property, everything was good and we learned from driving around that that is just the way things look on the island. My 75 years old mother and I stayed here and we would not hesitate to stay again. The pool was recently put in and is heated. Just down from the property is Compass Point Marina, which has a breakfast and lunch spot called “An hour late” that we ate at twice. The property is very close to Red Hook but you will need a vehicle to get around, taking taxi’s everywhere will be expensive.

Villa near a small beach.

My husband, son and I stayed here for a week over Christmas 2023. We had never been to St. Thomas before so were unsure what to expect. The owner of this property made it simple. The condo was everything we needed with a beautiful view from the balcony. Dexter (owner) provides all necessities (linens, towels [including beach towels], fully equipped kitchen with tea towels, dish soap, scrubbing sponge, paper towels and garbage bags, ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. In short, the only thing I might have desired but didn’t have were tissues. There is a small beach a two minute walk away that rarely has anyone else on it. Getting in the water is a bit of a challenge due to the rocky sea floor, but one becomes more adept each time and it is so worth it to have the beach to yourself. A grocery store is close (very expensive but extremely convenient). Red Hook (dining, car ferry) is a short drive away. Dexter runs a car rental service so we took advantage of this. Someone meets you at the airport with the car, and again at the curbside departure area for its return. Very easy. In short, we would stay here again if we returned to St. Thomas.

One of best memory of my St Thomas stay was the villas. Very comfy

The unit were very nice and as advertised. However, the surrounding area is in bad shape. As we were pulling up to the villas, I was worried I made a horrible mistake with this booking. Luckily, the villa did not match its environment. The villa was beautiful. The manager Dexter was very nice and took time to deal with the wifi issue we had. I had to help but I didn't mind. I could hear his family in the background of every call, that let me know he was stopping what he was doing to attend to our needs. I would definitely recommend his villas.

Stay here in st Thomas

2nd time staying here. There will be a third, 4th, etc. it is close to red hook, easy to get downtown and elsewhere. Quiet location. Food center grocery is a minute away (although they are EXPENSIVE, go to Pueblo instead).

Paradise

Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view of the ocean bay from the balcony. Dexter the owner is so very accommodating and friendly. We even rented a car through him and it was probably the easiest experience renting a car I have ever had. We will 100% be returning, and will use this host indefinitely.

Perfect Villa

This villa is exceptional. All amenities listed in the details were available. I literally have zero complaints. The property manager Dexter was available everytime I needed some information regarding the island. We had a little trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not being extremely accurate) but once we did, it was very easy to navigate to and from the villa to all the locations we visited.The only thing (which is so menial, I don't know why I'm listing it) is the bathroom did not get cool, but short of that, its a perfect villa. Its extremely quiet and has a good view of Scott Beach. My wife and kids did not want to leave! I would definitely recommend this property and we will be staying here again when we return to St.Thomas.

Awesome Stay at Great Price

We rented both a condo and automobile from Dexter. It was a great experience. The condo is close to fun places to visit like Sapphire Beach and Lindquist Beach. The condo is close to Red Hook which has nice restaurants and shops. Dexter is incredible to work with and very understanding. I messed up my departure time (which has never happened to me before), but Dexter was extremely patient and worked with us. He is a great guy. I would highly recommend that you rent both your condo and automobile through him.
