Island Breeze Condominiums with Direct access across the street to Englewood Beach! Bright and light Oversized unit offering great amenities with everything you need to make your stay comfortable!
Kitchenette has the needed items for breakfast and lunch. The outdoor grill is great for cooking dinners! (no stove in unit but has microwave, 2 coffee makers, ice maker with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster broiler and hot plate)

On site heated swimming pool. (Nov-April) There are great restaurants within walking distance (one upscale restaurant right next door!) and there is also a free shuttle service that brings you around the area!! (Convenient but not needed unless you want to use it)

Big screen TV in the living area, dining area, roomy bath with shower and a balcony with a partial view of the bay and the boat docks.
Manasota Key and the Englewood area offers various activities that will keep all interests involved!
All this with your private gulf beach access just across the street! (Manasota Key offers 4 public beaches!) Heated pool!

Englewood area is well known for its great fishing, boating, golf, village shopping and of course its beaches!
BOAT docks available at no extra cost!. (reservation needed but no trailers allowed on site)

Very quiet and peaceful weekend close to the beach and one of our favorite Restaurant/Bars the Waverly. We enjoyed the pool and our sunrises from the balcony as well. Will definitely stay again!

Nice stay on Manasota Key

Very cute well decorated. Just a short walk across street to beach. Had beach chairs and towels for use. Easy check in and out. Will come back for sure. Manasota key is in middle of hurricane cleanup, alot of work being done in the beach. Want to come back in future to see progress. Waa glad to give our money to some of the places rebuilding.

Perfect location

Beautiful condo so clean and well maintained. Everything you could want was there. Beach was awesome. Lots of good bands within walking distance and cant forget to mention Stumpys always a few minutes away for a free shuttle ride.

Back for The Third Time

This has become our go-to place to stay for an extended weekend. A quiet condo complex with a couple of docks for boat mooring. Easy bike access to the local beach spots and a cool pool to refresh after a hot day out in the Florida sun. Looking forward to our fourth stay!

Amazing!!!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful condo 2 nights. The location was beyond perfect, a few steps to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to Stump Pass beach, which was a fantastic beach. We walked about 7 minutes to the Tiki Sand Bar, which we highly recommend, such a fun place with good music and great food. Manasota Key is such a neat island and even walking at night we felt safe. We loved the place and especially the private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.

Great place and great hosts!

The unit is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. Being right across from the beach, with private beach access was great! We love the location, walking distance to everywhere you want to go on Manasota Key! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you need. Hosts were so friendly, responsive, and accommodating- they sent a maintenance man over immediately when we informed them the toilet was slow to fill up with water and flush, and he fixed it right away. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

The property was great! Luckily we had no one to the side of us until our last night as the walls are super thin and we could hear the neighbors as if they were standing in the next room! Owners were great and checked in with us the day after arrival to make sure everything was to our likings and our needs were met. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

Loved the location and amenities. The bayside is quiet and serene. Appreciated that the pool is heated. The gas grill is a huge plus and we liked having covered parking under the condos. Everything was immaculate in our condo and the entire site itself. The beach was just a short walk across the street.

PERFECT LOCATION

This is the best place to stay on Manasota Key, you can walk to all the bars and restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and you can see the bay from the balcony. This place was very clean and quiet, and the hosts were great. Stay here you won't regret it.

Staycation close to home

We (my husband and I ) wanted to get away for a few days to the beach even though we live 15 mins away. This condo was PERFECT for that goal. Had everything needed, very clean and right across the street from a private beach access. Within walking distance of several bars/restaurants. Definitely will keep this in mind for the next time.
